rooms and location of this hotel is ok types, food quality is not good and no good quality fooding restaurant there.hotel is good for bachelor as the cost of hotel's room is less comparing to other main hotels.
Avoid..The staff was almost non existing. No room service was provided. The rooms were no were close to the pictures and seemed of some other property. The hotel is not maintained at all, there are stains all over the walls. The bathroom drainage didn't work. The room light was so dim that nothing was clearly visible. On asking them, they said two bulbs were not working and we had booking for 2 days, they did not replace the bulb. Overall, if you have no place to stay, then it's ok, else avoid. Location bad. Everytime taxi fare is Rs200 after bargain
I have to say that the housekeeping is awesome. They clean every day and it's always spotless. The food tastes so good that I feel like I'm at home. The WIFI speed is also really good throughout the hotel premises.
The worst hotel and service ever had. When asked for a little spicy food, they dumped entire mirch powder in the food and we all got sick. Had to pay extra for parking our bikes in the hotel owned parking space itself. After checkin they were very rude and also didn't agree on keeping our luggage for a day when we had to go out.
Because it's too good for students to tour Sikkim... everything is asowm they managed everything properly with any questions and quarries...Room quality is also too good...if we go through package then they will seourly give best fecility
I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I got a huge respect from the staff. 1.Housekeeping is awesome.cleans everyday for sure. 2.Food tastes such that we are at home. 3.Wifi speed is good throughout the hotel premises. 4.Security system is very tight
Loved my stay here. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean. The whole property was very well maintained and the attendant Saran was really a delight to talk to. He was constantly busy trying to make our stay comfortable. The wi-fi was amazing and one the best i have used in hotels. The only reason i am not rating this 5 star...is because of the location. Its in a narrow lane with no view. There are no eateries anywhere close by. The food available at the hotel is very limited. And not everything on the menu is available.
Archana and her husband Robin were excellent host for us. The facility was maintained well. Room and food was really good. They have own travels which will sort out many of the visit requirements. Recommend for the personal attention.
