The manager and there assistant were very rood and did not give receipt for the amount recived for additional hrs of stay, they collected INR 500 and did not give the receipt, the manager was one person by name Mr Surya, worst AC was not working, the hot water just luke warm, and the bulb near the wash basin was not working, Further my booking were cancelled and kindly refund the amount immediately.shower was broken and did not work, worst experiance, and the manager threatened that he will charge for the entire day if we do not vacate with in a minute worst experiance.

Only stay if you want to sleep with bedbugs.I need to see doctor after this stay. Worst experience I ever had in this hotel. Please do not consider , the bed was having bed bugs and my whole hand and face was bitten by them and got swelling on my face. I never expected this. No hot water for bathing. Not a good stay.

Was denied rooms for my Sunday booking. I had booked 2 rooms for Sunday evening. When my guest came at 10pm in the night, they find themselves to be searching for other rooms around. If the rooms were to be given for other guests, can't the authorities inform the booking person. They just drop in a message saying "Visitor did not turn up" and close the issue. Also, Can't do any complains on OYO which is never working. Terribly upset and insulted.....

Horrible hotel. The receptionist was nice and helpful but that was it. The room was dirty and I wouldn't say the bed sheets were changed after previous visitors. Plus it was full of insects so we sleeped with lights on so we kept them away at least a little. We got room right next to the reception so there have been always noise. Plus the staff was sleeping on the floor right next to our door, listening to music and watching reels on their phones almost whole nights. The aquarium with the fish was dirty, couches at reception broken and dirty. They didn't clean the room even once during our stay. I don't know who gave them 3 stars, but they don't deserve even 1. The main pictures of the rooms are not even close. I think they just nick them from somewhere.

Worst experience. They are demanding for more cash. Already advance was paid to oyo after reaching the place they are telling the rooms are not available if we give extra cash of rs 3000 they will allot a room. I will never choose oyo post these kind of cheap things done by the hotel management. The hotel ppl are very rude and manerless. Oyo should take necessary actions against these kind of hotels. Rooms are pathetic too.

The worst hotel ever, not recommended to anybody at all worst room service ever stayed for 3days not a single day come for room cleaning too n if v requests to clean wt type of behavior is dt wit dos service boys never seen in any other hotels..Horrible means horrible ac not working properly full of water n ice s coming out n falling over to d bed, bathroom lock was not der, blanket sheet is fully tear, not cleaned d beds aftr previous guest stayed at room n not wash its full of stains and dirt..

Very bad experience. They are not even accept booking through oyo, asked for extra money. Room was not at all clean and room completely smells cigarette

This 5 minutes walk from Hosahalli metro station. That's the only plus. Otherwise, nothing special about it. The room size is OK for 2 people. (not family friendly - it is also available on hourly basis of you understand what I mean).
