We had booked this hotel pre paid for stay in May 2020 but then the Covid19 happened and the Hotel is not refunding back the amount and not replying at all. While the hotel looks fine from infrastructure perspective but it lacks professionism at staff level and with no customer empathy. Be careful of that.
I am currently staying in this hotel as on 16/07/2018... The hotel is looking amazing... One of the best place to stay in East Delhi.. Few points to notice:
Location: the location is amazing.. It is just 350 metres from kadkadooma metro station. Situated on the main road...
Fare: Online
Facilities: Ac, Fridge, tea & every basic facilities.. Room service is quick.
Con: Room size

They will cancel your rooms without asking, because online booking from booking portals giving less rates and they want offline booking with high amount, so BEAWARE WHILE BOOKING THIS HOTEL ONLINE.

Its such a neat and clean hotel at a good location. Very near to Karkardooma metro station and nearby a lot of food joints are available. Staff behaviour is so sweet and helpful. I will definately stay there next time.
It's a good place and good enough for it's price...It's even near to the karkardooma Metro, I enjoyed the stay... But this time I had some problems with the Wifi and with the TV.. Or else I would have given it a 5 star.
All was great but hotel is not working now it is locked. Sold property.
