Capital O Abri Krishna - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

I booked a room through OYO; it's a very dirty hotel, and the staff behaves like slum dwellers. After booking, they even ask for extra money, and complaining to OYO didn't help. It's a complete rip-off by the hotel management.

The Oyo hotel experience was a nightmare. The room looked nothing like the pictures - it was tiny, dirty, and smelled strange. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens seemed like they hadn't been changed in weeks. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making the overall stay a regrettable choice. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. if zero stars was available i would have given zero.

it's written on the website that breakfast will be included... but there was no such thing.. when I asked the receptionist he said there is no such thing in our hotel... they lie on the website to lure people but the reality is different and the bathroom is also not cleaned properly and the tap was not working.. there was no telephone in the room, so if we needed something we have to go the reception again and again to ask for it .. and the wifi was also not working... it was a horrible experience overall.. and the hotel is too expensive according to the facilities

I had booked a room via oyo. I went there to check out the room after confirming we went to the reception & told him that we are taking the room but within few seconds he confirmed the booking & asked me to pay via cash as online payment was showing 100-200 INR less. After confrontation he admitted that he did this deliberately so that I cannot pay online also he was very rude & non apologetic as if it's the only room available across indore. Later after discussion with OYO customer support I had cancelled this booking on the Spot. Also I would suggest not to stay at this hotel your entire experience won't be nice.

I called to hotel and asking for room confirmation they said yes room is available,,but when I reached hotel with my wife at late night they denied for giving room ,,very poor service pathetic ,,staff is so rude and ,,I request you to all dont go in these hotel

The worst room I have got. And they have charged extra price at the time of check in.don't book this hotel at allllll.

These are just scammers....dont ever book here.... They will charge more even if you booked by any website or any deal..they will charge like their will....

Very poor service and reception, boy. I very much miss his behavior. They want extra money, even though I booked online.
