Horrible service and hospitality from the hotel. I had booked this hotel and had gotten a confirmation but when i reached the hotel with my family, they said the hotel is fully booked and can't accommodate us. When i showed the confirmation, they said it wasn't them who confirmed this. The receptionist and even the security were rude to us. I was left hanging in a busy weekend with no hotel to stay. Also, the parking options are horrible and no value for money. Please avoid!

It is the worst kind of hotel I have seen till now. We didn't plan to stay in Mysuru but had to stay since our train got delayed by 10 hours. We didn't have a pre booking and went directly to the hotel and asked for a room. The online price of the room was around 1100 but they were asking for 2000. We told that we'll book the room online but they denied the service.

Rooms are in good condition. But service is poor. Hot water is available all the time. Parking is limited. But worst part is no proper restaurant is available near to it. It's very near to mysuru railway station.

Good rooms. Smells funny sometimes. The locations is really good as u have railway station, Bus stand, mysore palace, Mysore Zoo etc nearby. But service is average. U ask them towel, they bring soap, u ask them water they bring u towel. The hotel does not even give glass of empty tea/coffee cups in the room which is pretty much standard. Anyway, average hotel but good location.

Amazing service, Comfy rooms , Family rooms available for a family of 3 or 4 much recommended. The hotel's loaction is very good - near church , sand meuseum as well as bus parking and mysore palace is nearby. LASHKAR POLICE STATION is the landmark.

Room was clean, beds were good. But, there are bed bugs, fortunately we happened to find that on the last day of the stay and glad that we did have any allergies. But the bathroom was always wet, and no proper water flow. Hot water works on timing only (at least it did not work for us, during the evening time and we had to wait very long time to get the Hot water during morning time as well). Our room was alloted near Reception, so it was quite noisy all the time on the corridor. Reception is 24x7 and responsive. Overall, average stay. Good for family and couples.

The check in was very smooth. No hassle. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from central Bus stand. The room was clean and spacious. Satisfied completely and worth the money. I didn't avail any service from the hotel but rest was good

Do not ever book this hotel. They will deny checkin at last moment saying tarrif issue. I was travelling with my family and 7 month old kid and literally had to tell them how the hell they can do that. But they are pro in this business so they will have multiple excuses ready. Service is bad. Rooms are only good but be ready to pay extra. Food options not good. Only south indian
