Capital O Aashiyana Paradise Near Omaxe Gurgaon Mall - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Hi I am shreya I visited for some work in Sector 49 my review is that Hotel Aashiyana is haunted. Staff behaviour is not good. Food quality is pathetic. Please dont visit. This hotel must be banned in Gurugram.

Located at an easily accessible place, the hotel has very spacious rooms. Given the tariffs, can't complaint much. No in-house food facilities yet no outside food policy forces people to buy from the restaurant tied up with the hotel. Decent place if you want to stay for 1 or 2 days

the hotel staff denied us to check in due to some electricity issue.. the same time I have contacted customer care staff about it. customer care person said that my advance payment will be refunded but no refund information received till now.. please process my advance refund asap.

one of the worst experiences in Oyo till date and numerous reasons behind it : 1. Even after check in time 12:00 pm room was not ready, had to wait for 20 mins in front of the room till it was made ready. 2.Hygiene and cleanliness issues, too many dirty spots on bedsheets. 3. Room infrastructure issues. 4. Water was not coming. 5. AC was making too much of sound. 6.Had to ask for basic essentials. 7. TV wasn't working. Thus checked out early in probably 3-4 hours because it was unbearable to stay at such uncomfortable place.

Pathetic Place. Brace yourselves for checkin denial. Property Manager & Folks have not etiquette to talk. Pathetic Room . Stains on walls , Unhygienic linen & washroom- It seems like they don't change / wash after checkout & allot same to next guest. TV was not working since DTH box was not there . Electrical fittings were broken

Service and food was great and affordable too, considering the Gurugram's High cost of living. The room was ok at the price point but the cleaning was a little bit low, also there were no room freshers or prior cleaning but upon calling the room service, they did a good job. The staff is very friendly and also the chef was.

i didn't opt for food. they were cleaning the washroom and room with the same cloth. no cleaning liquid is being used. service was very slow. there was power cut in between. ac was not working properly. ac was damaged. ac was repaired during my stay. during the cleaning process the whole room was dirty with black water and washroom too.

Very bad behaviour reception demand more amount than actual amount shown in oyo app Actual amount allready paid in oyo app but receptionist said minimum amount 999 must b paid others you booke another oyo Thats not good experience towards hotel and oyo
