Location of the hotel is good. Room size is fine. I booked a double bed room, initially they provided me with a single bed room for the same cost. Later they changed it and gave a room which did not had a door lock. Room service isn't good. They take a lot of time for even if you ask them to provide you with some drinking water. Food is also not good.

Room is neat & clean. Interior is also good. Washroom needs to be looked upon a bit. Breakfast was not good.Poori was semi cooked as if you are eating in a mess. Room service didn't meet expectations. They took 15 minutes for a bottle of water or towel(which should had been kept beforehand).They sent one towel when i asked for two. They don't care much about the guests,i guess. I stayed there for a night so it wasn't a big problem for me but it may be a problem for those who wish to stay longer duration. Hotel needs to change it's policies or OYO should regulate policy for it's partner hotels. 1. Outside food is not allowed (In a world of Zomato & Swiggy , It is unfair to dictate where you should take your meal). I don't know the name of receptionist but his behaviour was not of the level of a professional Hotelier. Overall, i will recommend this hotel for those who have budget constraints and other options are not there.

Very basic property. Looks good from the outside but the rooms are not that great anymore. Durbin maintain the property very well. Cleanliness is an issue. We wanted a balcony room but the balcony was so dirty from the floor to the railing everything was a very dusty. Have seen other rooms which were mould and wall paint square coming out from some places. otherwise good if you are just looking for Abhishek night stay don't expect anything fancy.

Hotel facilities, hygiene level are undoubtedly excellent. Hotel staff need to improve the Restorent discipline and food quality. service is so poor long Waiting time for order leads mood off. Hotel manager and incharges are well trained to give excuses and lest bothering for hearing the feedback. In hotel service excellence is also a prime factor for repeat order. 1. It's a abusing place 2. You don't have room service 3. You are stuck if you have booked this and you will fill like never come here again. 4. people ask you to rate higher when you are leaving they will be mom your neck to get highest rating. 5. don't go on their good rating, all are fake. 6. While I am writing this review, I am thirsty and I want water in my room. Room phone does not work. Called reception goes to OYO call center, they have put me on hold and I am waiting for last 20 min.

It's a good medium range hotel to stay. Staff is courteous, however can improve the service style. I've stayed for 7 days on a business trip and didn't find no disturbance.

I will give you -2 stars but there no option for that so i am giving you only 1 because I had a Very bad experience in the hotel, at the time of check-in reception staff gave me room number 104 but the condition of the room was so dirty. Than they gave another room number 308 but that room was also allotted to someone else, now finally i got the room number 311 but in that room the bedsheet had blood stains and no one is came to replace that. And also there was no drinking water in the room, i called 2 times for water but no room service was available.

It's not yet all for families, only for pair's. Even they don't provide the new water bottles for drinking water & worst thing in this hotel is room lock. Total all rooms are opened with that one lock only every time you needs to call boy to open your door locks. There is no safety at all be careful Guy's
