Room service persons are good and well behaved. But They Charged so much for thier food services. It's too Costly when you order food here. Infact don't order tea and biscuits. Go near by market and buy your food. Outside us much better then here.
Last week we arrange marriage and stayed for 3 days that 3 days food and service was good. But in marriage food was not tasty and moong daal halwa has 2 different shades, all the invites are waiting for chapati which is not there.
Not recommend to anyone to organise party there moreover the staff was misbehaving with the invite if they are complaining for something.
Nice,clean and big rooms. Specially the front facing rooms. Restaurant service was a bit slow may be becaise of covid, but tea was good there.
The hotel walls have moisture creeping in. Upon arrival the hotel denied checking us in because of the problem they were having with MakeMyTrip and Goibibo. And told us we need to call the travel agent in order to check in. Only book this hotel if you are in an emergency. They do not even realise the inconvenience they cause to the customer due to their personal issues with travel agents like MakeMyTrip and Goibibo. To the owner: Whatever issues you have with the agent you should deal with it yourself and not force the customer to get involved in your petty fueds

Very good experience. Rooms and washrooms are very clean. But foods are expensive. And not much option for oyo breakfast menu.

Beautiful property, managed by Family. It is completely give feels of home stay. Good home cooked food and service as well. The best thing is you can cook at your own in guest kitchen. Also located in prime area IN Rajpura Road.
