I dont see zero star rating here otherwise I would have rated the hotel as zero. Very poorly maintained rooms. The rooms have roaches roaming all over walls. When asked the maintenance guys about it they have no idea how to deal with it. Washrooms are stinky. Anything you request will take ages to get done and you have to push them to getting work done. Better to avoid this hotel at any cost.

I have stay in this hotel for 4Days The best part is, it's near by the beachside and walkable distance for everything you name it. Staff are friendly and service is good the hotel maintains the room clean and hygienic best for families & Kids and people who travel for business trip with in budget it's good deal. It's a good budget hotel. They have home automation set up in the rooms. You still don't get a Very cozy feel in the hotel even though the staff are nice and friendly and they have a decent kitchen. It feels that they are still building up the hotel as fixtures are broken. The dining area is kind of unclean mainly on its walls. The towels in the room are old. Cleanliness is the main deal. It's not the dirtiest but definitely not the cleanest either.

If you want a peaceful stay away from the din and bustle of the city, you can choose this place. During December-January, the rooms are costly. You won't get great food there but their biriyani is good. Breakfast was wholesome including idli sambar and coffee only. On request you can get some oily puris. The food was tasty but oily. Coming to the too reviews,..they are in the form of cottages/huts. Total 8 cottages are there..and 2 premium luxury cottages. Bathrooms are not that good..garden around was well maintained..swimming pool was well maintained..they provide spa services also but I didn't avail it..you can get a feel of staying at your own hut with personal garden and rooftop seaview...just opposite to the resort there is the Sagarnahar beach where one can enjoy the sunrise...i will surely visit it again someday

The staff were very courteous, the breakfast was good with elaborate options. Though the rooms seem clean, they had cockroaches even after changing a room once. The manager was accommodative when we asked to keep our baggage the whole day while we see around the city.

This hotel is in Vishakhapatnam just behind Novotel, on R K beach. Hotel is very good for it's amenities. But there are some pros and cons in every hotel. In that case the hotel is in good location. Centralized AC and fridge was in the room, the staff was coordinating. But the ist thing is that it's acces is little tricky. If you go from R k beach road you can see the hotel but it is the back side of the hotel you have go through underground car parking to take the lift to 1st floor where is the actual reception. The food is very spicy. I booked through Oyo and ist thing I discoved that the TV channel are not coming the hotel authority said there is a problem between hotel and Oyo so I can access only free local channels which is troublesome. For 3 night Oyo took Rs 11000/- but the service was very bad. If you want to take local food and non spicy food you can access restaurant and hotels which is very nearby.

They are cheater first taking booking from goibibo and mnp but when you reach the hotel they charge you extra money by saying they only register with oyo. Apart from this the service quality is very poor. Dont ask about the complimentary breakfast..They only serve idly. There is no other option available, but on payment they provide everything .Prefer Five Elements which is cheaper and same quality room.

Position of the hotel is good. Sea beach can be seen from room. Room services are not up to expectation. They charged for minimum room service products like toothbrush, normal water etc. Bathroom's basin was getting stucked by water several times.
