We booked 2 rooms online via goibibo in this hotel, paid in full in advance. We confirmed our booking over phone after booking it online, and told them to hold the rooms and not to give it anyone else. When we reached hotel, late at night, we were told by hotel staff that only one room is available. We were told that rather than arguing with them, we should take the available room. It was unprofessional on their part. Also the hotel staff seemed rude when discussing this issue. Coming to room quality itself, room was big enough, but I would still rate the room 3star,it doesn't deserve a higher rating. Overall rating for the hotel because of room booking issue would be 2 star. Room rating would be 3 star at max. Please be careful while booking this hotel.
Very unprofessional people. If you want to stay here, don't book rooms online. Online bookings through goibibo is not guaranteed even if you pay full. We really had a bad experience with them. We booked 2 rooms for 4 persons (2 persons in one room) online through goibibo and informed them that we would check in late. To our surprise, when we reached the hotel, their staff was unaware of our booking and accommodated 4 of us in a single big room. They prefer on the spot booking. They give a dam to these online booking portals.
Overall experience of hotel was pathetic! We booked through goibibo, and confirmed over call for 2 rooms with hotel. However, when we went there they have said there is no booking by us. This is at around 00:30 am. They were trying to say they are giving family room for 4 of us and trying to show sympathy. Later they mentioned we canceled one booking and giving us family room. Area around is like some wine shops so little busy. No complimentory food, water, anything from hotel. Very bad service by hotel. No toiletories were given. Not to go type hotel looking at goibibo ratings. AC was not working out of We ordered breakfast but waas not up to mark. Staff is not that cooperative. Washroom was not good. Wheelchair accessible is not possible. No separate parking of hotel but a street parking.
Overall, it was a great stay. Staff here are so punctual and supportive in every manner. Especially The duty manager helped us very much in term of any difficulty faced by us
