It was a nightmare. I booked this hotel 2 month back in advance through MMT. I confirmed the booking with customer care and with property as well. THEY DENIED CHECK IN. I had 1.5 year old baby. MMT customer care just cancelled and refunded my money and did nothing. I was literally on road. With so much difficulty i found some alternate hotel at very high price. THEY SPOILED my holiday. MMT is not giving any option for feedback for this property since it is cancelled booking now. WORST EXPERIENCE. BE AWARE OF THIS PROPERTY. NEVER BOOK SPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE WITH FAMILY.

If I could get option to give minus rating I ever had worst experience in my life like yashaswi comforts. Dear owner kindly look into your staff he doesn't have manners to behave with customers and taking full amount at the time of admission with high price, after complaining 3 to 4 times about the lights are not working properly at mid night 12 AM thier staff saying like shift your room. Our mobile charger burnt because of their electrical issue. Im feeling like they don't have proper maintenance. I suggest you to never book room over here waste of money

The worst place to stay in Mysore don't book a room here. They don't provide room service. They don't respond properly for online booking, I mean they won't accept the booking itself. You'll just waste your money there. They don't have a kettle. Their air conditioner is malfunctioning. No proper amenities. The receptionist's behaviour is the worst here. They charge 35rs for 20rs water bottle.

Very bad room services. Rooms are smelly unclean. They only have 1 staff at night. They even charge extra money for water at second day. They committed to change bed sheets and blankets on second day. Bt wasted our 2 hrs . we waited outside bt still no change in the rooms. After that when we asked them why this happend. They simply said we only have on staff. No room services.
