Worst services ever , it's very unclean and even they do not have a policy of refund. Don't ever prefer this hotel.
Rooms are simple n decent. Have ample space. Beds are comfortable. Towel provided are that much clean. Bathroom are simple, spacious and clean. But the bucket was not. And in winter getting hot water is little bit issue.
The room was gud but the staff wasn't gud enough and the washrooms wasn't gud their tap water contain algae and also the price is high as compare to the services they provide but the location is gud enough it's 500m from the jaipur railway station the one thing i luv the most about this hotel is it's location.
I just had a single night stay here. The prices in front of what they are offering are high for the region. There is very rush in the locale. I dont think the cooler was working. And No one is on the reception when you need them. They are helpful if you found them.
No satisfaction .... Booked a four bedded AC room and was provided a 2 bedded AC room and extra matress was provided .... No service available ... TV not working ... No soaps or towels are available here .... Rooms are really filled with a drastic foul smell which never fades ... No sanitation .... Hotel manager will always say like he has just now taken on lease and he is doing things good for every excuse .... Thats it ... I would really recommend not to stay here ....
Hotel location and behaviour of hotel staff is very good. Manager even allowed me early checkin (6am) without any additional amount. Only one concern is room infrastructure needs slight renovation specially bathroom. Not very poor condition though but not upto the satisfactory level.
Hotel trilok palace is worst hotel ever. Dirty bathrooms. No hot water after morning 10. Room was smelling with alcohol. TV was not working in my room. Even bathrooms don't have soap and bath towel. There is no place in bathroom to hang cloths.
I have stayed thrice in this hotel. Good and Budget hotel for stay. Neat, clean and spacious rooms. Near to Railway Station. Aloo pratha ordered in breakfast and tea was also good. Only concern I had was service was slow. Otherwise it is recommendded for solo travellers or with friends for stay in jaipur
