Low class hotel , worst experience, rude staff , not supportive, they don't care about traveler , taking double charge , if you are reading this review, don't go please
I like this hotel for several reasons. Main reason is I got the booking at reasonable price . Otherwise the hotel prices are sky high near MG market.I found the price cheapest around the area. Room was quite spacious. All kind of facility I saw , there was TV , geyser , bed size was huge which can easily accomodate 4 people. But there was no fan which can trouble in peak summers. I was there in may , it was hot during the day but still cold enough at nights to use blankets. This hotel is just above the MG market , walking distance of 2 minutes. I hope you will enjoy your Gangtok visit. Happy Journey!
Worst experience. The rooms were so dirty. Bathrooms were filthy. Service was pathetic
Extremely bad They don't know how to communicate or talk with customer Don't engage with them any tour packages They are just lootening money from the customers I will explain later through my video They are only interested to make money by fooling newly married people or innocent people. Please dont fall trap please request to everyone. Try to book hotel of local people not the outsiders Room conditions are also not so good no backup of power as well. Manager Kishor Chhetri is very helpful and polite guy. Fooding is quite good and room service is also fair. Rooms are satisfactory with geyser facility and wardrobes. Overall, one of the best hotel just along M.G. Road of Gangtok, Sikkim.
Situated at a prime location, just beside the gangtok mal private car and two wheeler parking. Mal is just 2minutes away. Room service is commendable, good food and tea. Large spacious clean rooms at cheap price. Stayed there for a night. Though there was a rush of tourists, they didn't charge us much. It was a good experience overall.
Very pathetic hotel, room service was bad, dirty and damp rooms, there was a foul smell in the blanket. I suggest not to book this hotel
