Situated in excellent location. Basement car parking. Those are advantages. Hot water was not there. Room cleanlines needs improvement. Tariff at high side,for that kind of rooms.

Couldn't give a negative rating and so is 1 star. Worst in hospitality and anything you could check for. Their AC doesn't start nor work properly. The fan is poor to none. On the whole, one should never expect a basic service if they had to book.

If possible, i would have given O-O.5 star. This hotel is just terrible. All the basic amenities mentioned to you will either not work or be faulty. Unruly staff needs to learn some basics on hospitality. God forbid please dont stay here

It was one of my worst experience here at AK residency. Its a total nightmare. CONS : 1. Lift not working 2. Hot water not coming 3.a/c was non controllable with remote then they fixed it in the morning 4. Room intercom not working so u have to walk from your room to the reception for anything and everything. 5. No bed spreads and towel. 6. Not cleaned properly. 7. pricing is high for the room In detail The worst experience my stay was for one night only and it's horrible to stay here alone think about people stay here with family. Intercom phone don't work so for anything and everything you have to go to reception from 2nd floor .. imagine on top lift don't work . no towels inside the room and I turned the hot water it drops like 1 ltr per hr it's bloody so bad can't express my stress to them. I complaint to the reception and he walks to my room and says that's the it is. Awesome isn't it. Worst hotel ever. Unclean rooms, poor service and reception staffs are too rude. They don't even know how to talk to a guest. I would give zero stars. Bad experience. Will never come back!

It's opposite chatram bus stand, near to Srirangam and Ucchi pillaiyar temple. I booked online via MakeMyTrip. Facilities - lift, tv, basement car parking, hot water,, no restaurant (Geetanjali nearby). Toilet wall cleanliness can be improved.

The room size is good. Location is good near bus stand. There are many small issues which add to discomfort. The ac does not work well. The latch of the door was faulty. The light in the bathroom was very dim and it was also blinking. Some of the staff are very good, but one or two very obnoxious employees, who gave us wrong information. We took free breakfast option but the food was the same old south indian food and on second day when we went down there were no sandwiches also. They only have jam with sandwitches. No butter. I will not recommend this hotel.

The service was very bad. I got a room first and the toilet flush didn't work. Then shifted to another room and the AC remote wasn't there in the room. Called the reception to get the remote at least five times, 3 times walked in person, nothing happened. I booked it based on the reviews but this hotel is not good at all. I had to pay for an AC room and stayed in the normal room. Totally waste of money. There are lot of other good choices around in the same area.Overall experience was not good.
