SCAM!!. Actually it should be less than one star, it's a scam this hotel. They put fake reviews under customer name on booking portals. It's old construction side with cockroaches end stuff. Rooms are nothing like in the picture. Staff is nice but they will not change the fact the place is what it is.
Horrible place. It's in construction so the smell is really bad and some bedrooms are without windows. Loads of marks of tear and wear, pillows were super dirty and you could hear the rats running around. Recommend only if you are hosting a halloween party!

All bad reviews are unfortunately true: the place is in a horrible condition. Luckily I only had 4 hours to sleep at this place before my transit flight out of Bombay. I would not stay at this hotel if it was free.

we stay there 14 days very bad rooms. floor carpet was totaly come outs . no cleaning rooms . or not even ask for towel , bedsheet food quality very bad they give totaly cold food.. no sweet no fruit onion give end piece which we throw . brk fast only sandwch/handapoha/upma tea only 1sip tea in paper cup. they dont clean rooms finaly my friend ask for broom to clean himself then they send their person for cleaning. i spent very bad time there.
