This is the worst hotel i've ever stayed. Let me tell you my horrible experience. First of all the staff is very unprofessional, rude, liar, specifically the receptionist.. I had early check-in so i payed 500 extra. They told me that only one room is left , so they gave me that room.. And that was the most horrible room. Linen was dirty with lots of spots. Taps, jet spray in the toilet was all broken. Ac was broken and without remote.. There was sparking in TV plug.. So i got scared and asked them to change my room. They told me that their chek out timing is 12:00 noon so they'll give me new room. I waited and when the time came i called them. They told me to wait for another 1 hour.. Still i waited without taking shower till noon i was frustrated. I had to go somewhere. Then i called them after an hour at 1:00 pm for room then again they asked me to wait.. Then we had argument. Then they gave me another one.. Still the bathroom was smelly and bathroom door had no lock.. That was really unprofessional. Then they gave me another room and still the tap in bathroom was broken.. I had no choice because i made payment of 1300 to them for that pathetic room so i stayed.. Then next day at the time of check out the receptionist lied and argued with me.. Guys never ever go to this hotel.. You'll gonna spoil your trip.. They got hella attitude. Bunch of crooks and liars.. So please save yourself from this pathetic hotel.. I am giving negative rating to this hotel..

Staff is good. However Hotel needs to improve facilities. Wifi was not working on upper floor. Television was not working in two different rooms. Pillows are very dirty under the covers. It has been long practice by oyo managed hotels to insist on 5 star rating at the property it self which makes ranking good overall. However customer should put genuine reviews so it will help other travellers.

One of the best hotels in Lucknow the staff was so humble ....they helped me alot as i forgot my charger and they kept my property safely with themselves and they return me even after one week i m so happy ...service and rooms were also very nice and the best part was the AC .. breakfast service was also nice ..at this rate it was awesome

Room service was very slow. I ordered a cup of tea and they take 1 hour for that. Noone in the receptionist was serious to take our requirements. Telephone line was also not connected. Poorest hotel Never Visit please its a waste of money

Wanted to give negative rating First of all the Staff is extremely rude whenever you will ask for something he will say okay dete hain rudely and go After asking twice or thrice he will ask you to go somewhere else As per them hotel service takes time and it doesn't happen immediately. bed sheet and blanket is not at all clean TV does not work The room AC is not working properly I had breakfast included but they denied to provide me one

Pathetic is the word that comes to my mind when I think of this hotel Food was stale also they charged us 70 Rs for a 40 Rs colddrink bottle . Here comes the greatest disappointment no single room has a working telephone connection they will bother you every single hour from the check in time to check out time. Doesn't respect privacy of their customer at all And will charge a heavy amount but you won't get the service of even half of the price.

Extremely rude staff, food provided in New Paper Wrap, AC remote not provided, TV Not working, Wi fi not working, Loose wiring and sockets, Apart from this I booked room through OYO app with include Breakfast but Hotel staff denied to provide.....and use foul language.... Also don't recommend to book through OYO app......they don't bother to give you any resolution or refund.....
