Capital O 72701 Kalinga Tavern Residency - Hotel in Hatna - Mandya, India

A nice hotel located in a good area. The reception and room service staff are very courteous. The GM was kind enough to give us an early check in at short notice. The rooms are a bit small but are clean and cosy. The only complaint we had was the breakfast service. The dining hall is small and cannot cater to the rush around 9 am. The replenishment of dishes, plates, bowls, glasses was very slow. Serving staff are very slow and take a long time to attend to you. Despite being in Mysore, the taste of dosa and filter coffee was not up to the mark.

Because of the reasons below this place is not recommended 1. No room service 2. Poor hospitality 3. There was no water in washroom throughout the night and no action was taken even after complaining. 4. Rooms were full of dust 5. The toilet was not that clean 6. No lift and no one to help with the luggage

Right on the highway, next to a good restaurant, clear rooms with parking and an electric charging facility makes this an ideal place.

This is one of good Hotel and Restaurant at Hassan Road. Rooms are good, but many things you have to ask to provide like Towel, Soap, Shampoo. One reason is the staff for hotel is less. But as per service part it is excellent. Even at restaurant the food quality is very good. So many people travel here for breakfast which is really tasty. Cost to bare is very reasonable. It has excellent space for your car parking. I don't want to suggest anything but something is need to improve is room service and room appearance.

No lift, have to climb stairs, no room service, no hot water during cloudy days and lot of bugs on the bed

We booked 2 rooms here through Goibibo app. After booking, we also called Hotel and got confirmation on same. Inspite of all this, when we reached the hotel to check-in at 11 pm, they said rooms not available. All hotel people at reception were drunk. There was no point in wasting time arguing with them and left the place. They are big cheaters and fraud including the owner !!!!

Clean and neat rooms with sandal smell all around the hotel. But hot water is not coming in early morning.

Very good and accessible. And also we get free wifi. Very good stay and helpfull staff
