Very bad smell around the room and walking area. Internal room bad smell Cigirrate smell alcohol smell. Non veg smell. Not neatness in rest rooms. All are leaking condition. A/c not working. TV remote not working all works no staffs water are salty no safety in electrical issues.
Very worst service and cleanliness. Never prefer or go koyambedu busstand is 10000 time better. This is a unsafe and trafficking area. What anoher customer vinay posted in review also to be added with my review.
Not so good experience. We have visited this hotel while on a business trip. Place is not at all clean. They don't have own restaurant. Breakfast is served at restaurant in next building. There are cockroaches in the room. Washrooms are not clean. Might be cost saving hotel. But not so good experience!
Since its the centre of Cmbt I planned to stay here. The Ac was not working properly and it started leaking in the middle of the night. The staff were good and they respond immediately. But the cost is too high. Rs 2000 for a room that kept leaking at night!! You could get a better room than this at the price!

Worst experience. Very bad maintenance. Rooms were dirty. Fridge did not work. It didn't even have proper wiring. Tv remote didn't have batteries. When asked for a change of remote the receptionist was very rude and said 'don't tell the remote is not working, tell you don't know how to use it'. I gave him nicely. Not even worth 5% of the money I paid for this room.
rooms are big, bathrooms definitely needs renovation, staffs are helpful, hotel is at a good Central location
The restrooms are not well maintained. The sraff however are very cooperative and accomodative. Water from the indoor unit of the A/C keeps dropping inside rhe room and you might wake ip in the mornjng and realise that there is a small pool of warer below the ac indior unit. Average
