Neat and clean rooms, near to Anna bus stand, veg restaurant aryas near by, 4th floor veg and non veg restaurant available they serve food to our rooms.

The rooms are ok ok. Fans not available, Doormats not available, Bath Towels provided only on multiple requests. Intercom not available. Hot water available only in few rooms. Toiletries not available (only a medimix soap) Restaurant is not good. 3 Star Rating is fake. Unfit for start rated hotel. It is a general lodge facility with AC (w/o remote).

Worst customer service.. Not at all responsible staffs.. Behaviour of staffs also very bad. When booked a AC room,and when informed AC not working,no response at all. Finally quarrelled with staffs and vacated from there after getting refund amount. Very horrible experience

Very poorly maintained. Ac not working in most of the rooms. If working the draining water is dropping inside the room and creating a pool. No floor mate. Very poor cleanliness. Walls painted during inauguration. No hot water. Overall a bitter experience. Not worth for money.

This is about single occupant - online booked room.. No fan in the room, only AC was available, it was a very slow running AC , it takes a long time to cool even a small room, so in the night also we will feel a humidity/sweat. No bucket, mug in the bathroom., western toilet seat and cover was kept separately ,so I used to lift it & keep it on the basin ,it kept on sliding.. Overall , Maintenance has to be improved. Anyway low cost ,normal room..

We tried the restaurant aravamuthu with a group of friends. Tasted the soup, Bbq, natukozhi tawa fry, natukozhi thokki, mutton masala, chicken chettinad, mutton Rogan josh, Kari Dosa, and 10 varieties of dosa. One common thing is it's normal spicy and good for all. Quantity is good. Bbq taste is ok, but all the curries, thooku tasted the same, can't find any difference in flavour. Same with the dosa varieties , dosa tastes good but couldn't find any difference with all the flavour listed. They do have a buffet also.Overall a good family restaurant to try for

1. No person to pick your luggage, 2. Inside a small lane, 3. AC remote was not working, 4. Toilet flush was not working, 5. Can only watch south Indian channels for that also picture quality was worse, 6. Didn't provide extra mattress, slept on the floor over blanket for extra person booked, 7. Bed size is only for 1 person, 8. Room was not cleaned after previous check out. 9. Behavior of the manager and staffs are very poor.
