Outside food not allowed. Also service was not good if you order something from hotel they will bring bill along with the item ordered. Facility of clearing all bills together or by end of day is not there. Suppose you have ordered 1 roti first they will ask for bill after that u can eat. Also no natural air ventilation in rooms windows has fixed mirrors. No proper lighting for reading in rooms. The only plus point is the taste of food which they serve is good.
I had a booking with OYO for 15 days on their suggestions that the property belongs to them. I had paid them and once i reached the property they declined check- in saying OYO rates are not applicable. OYO was just lying on face, saying it was their property. Then they tried to switch and made me go across the city with no support. The Customer Service was just so bad and specially OYO GM Javed who was knowing that this issue would arise. PATHETIC customer centric company and Hotel just doing frauds.
The property is nice the ambient is also good neat and hygiene, food taste is good even quantity too but the staff service is very poor ,behaviour unprofessional and misunderstanding with the orders.
As it was my girlfriend birthday and I ordered cake but along with the cake they had provided me 1 beer pint Budweiser with 500ml of coke so I thought the property have given me as complimentary so I accepted the order then later on at night they knock at my door and then I came to know that the order or beer and coke was by mistakenly given to me and it was of another guest and they charged for me at the time of check out also they didn't accepted any of the card payment as they only wanted the cash payment or Google pay for food and drink due to their misunderstanding I had to bare the loss ..
Worst stay ever, very small rooms and bathrooms,which were not even cleaned properly,there were yellow stains in the toilet seat, there's wasn't even tissue paper to use. Or handwash liquid ..the showers and taps had got all spider webs and dust round them..adding to it ,the flush also stopped working..now coming to the room..very small room everything had to be called and informed again and again for ex- remote of TV not kept in the room, no water to drink also..curtains had some brownish reddish stains over them,..wall lights were broken and hanging upside down ..staff service was really poor..we had to wait for really long time to get our orders..really disappointed ..it was an utter waste of RS.2,500.. literally no value for money..didn't expect this from oyo .. henceforth I ll NVR be opting this hotel for stay and also nvr going to recommend anyone to come here

I generally stay in 5 stars and quite appreciative of luxury. But this hotel didn't disappoint at all. Rooms were small yet emmaculate. Staff specifically was super nice. I had an 8 days of stay and can say very confidently that i won't mind staying
