Name should be Hotel Loot lo !! Worst experience. Ridiculous Policy they have !! They want everything to be paid 2 days before even you check in!! My 80% advance was paid and I was busy in Funeral Rites of my Father !! They knew this fact but still they haunted me like anything to Pay full amount 2 days before even the check in date !! Staffs are way too arrogant !! Mr Aditya and Ms Nivedita from their Reception Desk are most Nonsense people ever !! They won't adjust or cooperate whatsoever!! Very poor reception. No where in world requires to provide the identity proof for everyone in the party. They want to see the id for for everyone in the party.
