Wonderful experience. Good room to stay. Spacious rooms and clean toilets. The only problem was no breakfast was provided. Highly recommend. Friendly attitude by the staff members.

decent hotel at a good location. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is hassle-free. WiFi and other amenities are good too. The Bathroom could have been improved. Although the toilet seat was supposed to be sanitized it still looked unclean. And the hot water in the shower took quite a while to get started. AC and lights were good though.

Worst Place Ever ..... Never choose this hotel to stay because they say it is a 3 star hotel and I have to say that they are giving very bad service to the guest especially the ones who really exploit and take advantage of the devotees who come to the Kottam Kulangara Decorative Lantern Festival. Regular event. The hotel operates without the basic amenities of a 3 star hotel, with very dirty toilets and linens to destroy our day, no room service, no kettles, friedge, plates, glasses and spoons. It's not even close, it's like they'm carrying some of our things when we see their looks and so on. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone or if you come here to book a room stay away from home bedsheet plate glass glass spoon blankets just come and stay here with all the things you need .... plus if you stay 1 day or stay 10 days they will only give you a bottle of water Not only will you not be able to provide all the services you need for the rest of the day, but you will also be charged separately, very bad service, bad staff ....
