A bit far from the city but closer to the main road so transportation isn't an issue. Good restaurants around. Breakfast is decent and staff are well mannered. Management can be a bit more organised in terms of checking in and room allocation. Bedsheets were changed only twice in 7 days. Good for a weekend stay.

This is an amazing place. I stayed for 4 days. The breakfast is great and clean. Not too much oil or masalla. You get tea coffee and 2 options to eat too. The room are exactly as you see in the photographs!

Too bad.. We had booked a room for 3 but they gave us only a room for 2, when enquired they asked us "adjust with it". But we had done the payment for a room for 3. Also they refused to give even extra mattress. Complimentary breakfast was also more than half an hour late.. I had to hurry up to reach my appointment on time. I will not recommend this place to people. It is nothing like what they show in their website.

Reached the property at around 12.15 noon,whereas the check in time is 12pm. Initially they informed that rooms are getting cleaned and we need to wait for sometime. After waiting for an hour, they informed that the guests haven't checked out yet and the ones who have checked out have taken the keys with them. I really don't understand how can people check out without giving back the keys at the reception and why the check out timing is not intimidated before. It's the responsibility of the staff and hotel caretakers to inform there guests and tell them that they can't stretch the check out timing for more than an hour. Whoever it is, all guests should be treated the same and given the same level of importance. If we have pre booked through rooms and pain for it, there shouldn't be inconvenience faced for the same The reception staff are really not responsible and don't take enough attention to people checking out without giving back the keys Oyo - don't really understand the policy that if there is check out timing of 11am, why are not people aware of the same and why are the staffs not bothered about it. It happened like we were waiting for more than 2hrs to get a room that was pre-booked... What the hell!! If there is unavailability then you shouldn't accept the booking and if ur staffs are incapable then guests shouldn't suffer for the same

I booked 2 different rooms from Oyo, reached the hotel late night and when I asked for room, they very casually said that rooms are under maintenance and there is no room available. They told us to call oyo to shift us in some other hotel. They were not at all supportive. Where would have we gone at 1 AM in the night? So after requesting for some time, they shifted us to a single double bed room instead of 2 rooms. We faced a lot of difficulty due to this and we had to adjust in a single room. Then the next day they gave us another single bed room. Even they denied us water at first and after requesting only they provided us water. Worst experience ever.

Rooms are pretty good and spacious . Bathroom was huge and I like it. Location wise its bit off beat but you can manage to find a way to the main road . Nice place for vacation

Had a pathetic experience with OYO. 1. Hotel provides 500 MB of data per day but even that is super slow. 2. At night, internet goes down everyday. 3. The water bottle they provided were capless and when asked, the management said they don't have any cap for the bottles.

Oyo can try any amount of effort to give best customer experience unless there staff won't listen and help customers they just cant. Stayed in the Silver Key for 3 nights. There restaurant service was closed so no food. Tried asking for water atleast 7-8 times no one cares they just doesn't. At last I myself went to nearby shop and purchased 2 bottles of water. This is the way how oyo treats you.
