Booked this hotel using GoIbibo Stays. And I regret. This is a must avoid hotel for many reasons - 1. It is located in a residential area which is quite interior. Finding transport is a challenge. 2. The rooms are poorly ventilated. Bathrooms are too small, taps keep flowing all the time. 3. Basics amenities are lacking here. Neither the ceiling fan work nor the TV. For 2 days we kept asking them to either get the TV working or change the room. Neither happened. 4. They have displayed a huge menu for their in-house restaurant. Dont get fooled, nothing is available. They serve only Daal, Rice & Sabji. The kitchen is best untill you peek in, I am sure you wont eat then. They dont even serve tea/coffee in breakfast. 5. Poor service. We had to extend our stay by 5 hrs. Initially on our request they agreed to extend with 50% payment, because we checked in almost after 7.5 hrs. But later they denied and charged full day rate. Verdict: All in all a must avoid place to stay.

Please don't book your stay by seeing the pictures uploaded by them. In real it's different. No proper rooms and staff. Not a good place and safe place to stay for couples. Bathroom was also unhygienic and rooms were also not cleaned properly

Visited before 7 months. Had many problems, 1. Room was untidy, 2. Tea was spilt in one of the bed cover, but not replaced, 3. TV remote was missing, 4. Carpet was missing. Informed them, service was quick enough. After which AC remote was not working which was rectified after 4 hours. Had a calm sleep as there was no bed bugs and outside noise. Morning, the complimentary breakfast was really tasty. Would have given full rating if they have checked everything before they give a room to customer and provide immediate attention on customer queries. I rate and recommend 2/5 this hotel.

I booked a double room but they gave me a room with two separate beds. The bedsheet was covering only 80% of the mattress on one of the beds. The service is very poor, especially the maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms. The staff is also ignorant in terms of providing towels and other basic necessities. On the other hand, the complimentary breakfast was good. This is a budget stay hotel amidst the main local market.

Very rude staff. They do not know how to treat their guests. Very money minded and behave as if they are doing us a favor by letting us stay here. Breakfast is cold. Dining area is poorly maintained. No hot water to bathe. Wardrobe stinks. Cleanliness is very poor. Dirty plates are left in the passage and elevator area. At the time of check-in, I was told by the receptionist that Rs. 300/- per day will be charged for an extra person. During check out, the other receptionist said it's 500/-. When I said that I was told 300/- and they should not cheat like this, he said I am lying and guests like me try to confuse them deliberately. I did not even wish to give a single start, but unfortunately i cannot review without any star.

Rooms are decent. Service is quick. Food is hygienic and tasty, limited variety though. Provision for an extra bed is available. The only hitch being in this hotel is unavailability of warm water. It's a few degrees less than lukewarm, and this problem was faced for 3 consecutive days. Lot of mosquitoes in the lobby. Please do a pest control

Staff is not friendly at all. It's located at a shady place but still the hotel is mostly booked by couples. Food is not at all tasty, room service is fine. Rooms are small, it's kind of a well decorated PG(it seems as if they have converted a PG into a hotel). In the same price you can fine better hotels.
