I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for one night, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality from the entire staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the attentive receptionist who ensured that I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. Once I arrived in my room, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and decor. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities necessary for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, my one-night stay at your hotel surpassed all expectations. I will definitely be recommending your hotel to friends and family, and I cannot wait to return for another stay in the near future.

Not clean when we entered the room. Have to request for another room which is clean and spacious . Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the reception guy ( evening) Didn't expect this from Oyo group. Please appoint good people. Service boy was good. Don't won't to put the reception guy name here.

The worst hotel I've ever . The male receptionist typically acts in a very disrespectful manner he is behaving like Gunda . After you made an online payment, The hotel's rooms are entirely different from the pictures on the internet. The room is filled with worms(insects) , has no TV, damaged beds and door, that are uncomfortable to sleep on, they're telling to adjust with this , Oyo customer care also not supported, left from that hotel within half hour with my family at the time of 11:30 pm my visit releted to hospital, spoken 1 hour with oyo customer care executive but no help from oyo team every one is not coming for enjoyment to hotels.

Hell atmosphere and very vulgar staff... Staff behave like we are not guest but culprits... Very cheap and unhygienic rooms

Had an awesome stay here last weekend. The rooms are excellent and comfy for the price they charged. The staff is very professional. Specifically the receptionist who provided us timely check in. The hospitality in this property was very good. The location is great because you can get bus for tirumala right in front of the hotel. They have ample parking space (not covered parking) . Highly recommend this place for staying. Definitely coming back for all my stays.

Had a great stay with comfortable room. One of my best stays ever in recent times.i will give golden rating for there room and price because, compare to other oyo they only charge what we pay in oyo no extra money was charged that was the best and also the reception person's were good. Nice gesture . If I planed for tirupathi nxt time, my stay will be only in dealphabet pakka
