Amazing then it was time to retrieve my belonging the unloading and delivered process
My revised opinion: Okay place, can be better.
* The rooms okay but could use a little renovation like fixing the janky electrical switches and door locks, modern interior aesthetics, etc.
* Bathroom: Only soap bars provided. No liquid handwash.
* You may find bidets (and not health faucets) in the toilet.
Service of the hotel is not up to the mark, due to shortage of manpower. But the staffs are very nice.
Intercom system is not working.....
So if you required any service, you have to come down to the reception desk!!!!!!!!
No kitchen is available, so you have to arrange your food at your own.
I booked 3x Deluxe room, but they provide a normal small ac room.
During check in they provide a small pack of moisturiser (15ml) & a small pack of soap. Surprisingly both had already expired 7-8 months back!!!!!
Large spacey rooms. Good for wedding and big family functions that require guest stays. Complete helpful staff present for all other preparations required for wedding and such functions.
However, it is costly considering that their rates are similar to hotels and resorts which provide similar no. of rooms (although smaller) along with food. Also, diesel is charged separately.
The kind of room and services do not deserve more than 500, where the actual price we had to pay was around 2500. I won't think of staying in the hotel again. Important thing is that online OYO services are not reliable. The reality is completely different.
Rooms are good but the services are not worth it as per the prices.
Both OYO and this property authorities are clueless and numb at the time of check-in as they cancels without knowing you whether you book rooms here in advance or direct checkin: if they get higher paying guests. Pathetic... don't visit here
I attended a Barat ceremony here and found the premises and the services to be adequate, the rooms are comfortable, air conditioning is okay, bathrooms are clean but I found all of them to be of western style, couldn't find an Indian style toilet, there were power cuts 4-5 times through out the night but the staff were in their feet through out the night. If you're planning to book a ceremony here then go before hand and see for yourself as from my side no complaints.
