Firstly, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the shower head was filled with algae and flush button was broken. Secondly, the customer service was very poor. Even after several requests they did not provide any solution to our problems and kept delaying us. Even the parking was at owners risk. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
They had the worst of service and maintenance. There were literally cockroaches in the room and the pillows were rotten with black spots of dried sweat covered in sheets. When shown this they arranged for a change of room but nothing better. For 1500 spent, i dont think it is worth to stay at such a dirty place.
The regular restaurant looks good but doesn't serve alcohol. So had to go to bar and restaurant downstairs, its too dark and staff are impolite.. The ambience is worse. I am used to some good class restaurants in pune and this one is no way comparison to them. Considering this one in yanam, may be its okay
this hotel room for friends and Business party purpose is good. not for family members. location is good . food service and tast is good.
Don't expect what you see in google images, it's too outdated. Rooms are quite less clean. But hotel location is key point. Prices are budget friendly (1K) Easy to check in.
A fuir. Repoussant de salete malgre le nombreux personnel qui ne semble pas du tout concerne par la proprete et l'hygiene. Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche aux heures prevues. Restaurant nul. Pas de possibilite de petit-dejeuner.
Great ambiance. Awesome seafood. Pulka were made of Atta. Gave a discount of 10% too.... Ordered Crabs, Prawns and Fish. Served them hot and quantity was very good too. A must visit if you are in Yanam. Special thanks to the Management for making our visit a delightful one.
It's the worst place to stay. Not upto the standard and dirty rooms with tiny cockroaches all over the room . Beds and bedsheets are a different story altogether . Not maintained at all full to mosquitos and unhygienic surrounding and irresponsive staff
