Horrible people and horrible management I would suggest not to book this hotel management over here is fraud they confirm your booking and later cancel it even though you have paid the amount... very rude staff

Charged 500extra for early check in at 07:30am, this is my 5th time stay in mumbai at oyo but 1st time to be not denied with reason that the accommodation was full , among them all this is the one i felt comfort.
Room was neat and clean.
Clean room, budget hotel with polite and warm staff.
Rooms and washrooms are not good enough, not recommended for family. After booking from Oyo, Manager also charges extra money from us.
Pros: The rooms are quite spacious, the hotel is situated on road side so you won't have issues getting cabs or autoes, you will get a family friendly environment there and the hosts were very nice to us.
cons: The rooms, bathrooms were dirty. there was mold everywhere in the bathroom. There is no proper ventilation, Water was flowing down from the AC. The humidity was extremely bad, you will feel as if everything is wet inside the room. they should put a ventilator inside the rooms, keep the rooms and toilets clean.
Not as shown in the image. The rooms are pathetic. Many people came inside the hotel just to smoke. You Can't have a good smell of fragrance. You will be just inhaling the cigarette/biddi smokes. Worst hotel I visited in my entire life.
Worst OYO rooms I've ever had checked in. Firstly OYO charges and their charges are different, for which you need to pay extra, even after booking at OYO app or website.
Plus the room they offered for single occupancy was in pathetic condition. The washroom wasn't cleaned properly and filled with insects & worms. AC wasn't working in one room, which they offered me first. Dustbins and area of Dustin are maintained in worst manner.
The rooms next to the reception will have no peace, because of loud tv blasting Bollywood songs and movies throughout the day.
This place has no complimentary facilities/ stuff and it's mentioned " No Unmarried Couples Allowed " ( so couples planning to book the room here, kindly go through the terms and conditions prior booking )
