Rooms are okay, but not prepared enough to handle guests. No room key given for an entire day's stay. You need to nudge at the reception to enter your room using their master key. Muktiole requests required to get a TV fitted in the room. AC remote is only on request. Stained bed linen and towels, unless one asks for a fresh pair. Complementary breakfast seems to be unorganised - tie up with the local Udupi restaurant downstairs.
Really Nice hotel. Clean Linen, cleaner bathrooms, polite staff. One can get good restaurants nearby. Just that locating this hotel might be a bit tricky!
This place in the prime location of kammanahalli, doesn't even proved drinking water to the guests. Found no use of raising a complaint to the manager.
