Room size is ok but they had not changed bed covers and pillow covers n the blanket cover....bad smell coming from them n the whole room was sticking. After complaint they changed the covers. the drinking glasses were also not clean . There were dust n dirt on the floor. They didn't put curtains on window after complaing.

Extremely bad experience I had ever. Manager is dumb and misguide about rent. No water given after check in, I needed to purchase it. No proper cleaning of bed, I found hairs on it. No TV was operational in all rooms. When asked for TV, manager assured me that it will be ready in some moment but didn't. All windows were closed and could not open. Only one thing was working....AC. Manager asked me for money before check-out several times when I extended my stay here.

Please avoid and don't give yourself a headache. I had booked a 3 day (2+1) prepaid stay, last one day separately booked again as my travel plan changed. After my checking in, the next day, the owner had some dispute with OYO, and I was told my last day stay would not be honored, even though it was paid already. This way, at the last minute, I had to take additional headache to ask OYO for relocating me to another hotel. Funny thing was even after not taking anymore bookings from OYO, this hotel was still listed on all online booking sites. How can a customer know if their booking will be honored or not in this case? Keeping customers in such uncertainty is not professional.

The hotel is ok. The rooms has a confortable bed, the toillet is rasonable clean, but do not provides toillet paper. Nearby area is not so clean.

*Room service is superb.... *Well maintained cleanliness... *Interiors nd exterior design also best. *City view is awesome from terrace.
