First thing to tell is that Service was very pathetic. When we entered the restaurant a family was already seated.. Even after we got served, they were left unattended..after some heated arguments with the waiter, they left.. We all really felt very odd. Hotel was not that crowded at the time. If the owner wants to run this business smoothly, then my humble request is that service shud be improved.. Food was ok, but not that great either.. Toilets were clean. Sufficient car parking is there.. Iam giving 3 stars only because of the service issues. Hope that it will be improved in future..

Poor restaurant. Not recommended. Enter at your own risk We chose this multi cuisine restaurant (that's what they call the restaurant) for lunch. We were 28 people at that time. They asked us to wait for 20 minutes and they guaranteed for a good food. They posted us more than a hour. The food they served after one hour were very disgusting. It doesn't have any taste and quality. The price were on the higher side too. Some people got food poison in very next day.

Me and family we visited there for to have breakfast on 17/2/22, and the experiance was really good. We had Appam, Porotta and egg curry from there. Food was really nice, the egg curry was a little spicy for the kids but i really liked the taste. No dosa items available at that time, 8am(There was a board outside and which shows dosa and masala dosa as their main menu) so i am giving 4 star. Ambiance, cleanliness, everything was fine. Rate have to be specially mentioned as it was very reasonable (Rate is just same like a small thattukada). Had a chat with person who cooks food, which is outside the hotel, and his behaviour was really pleasing.

It wasn't a pleasant experience which we had from Munnar Dale Inn. I'd like to ask them from where they bought our food as we couldn't find a good reason to wait there for an Hour for the food which we ordered. It wasn't worth for the wait we had and the price tag they would bill for each item we had. It's like getting a rotten piece of bread for a price of barbecue. On checking the bill it looks like except for the Rice and tea all the other stuffs listed in their Menu (A printed menu which we couldn't find rather than what we hear from the waiter) all other items are parceled from another hotel as per our request and these people just serve that. Some other amenities which we couldn't find in this Multi Cuisine Restaurant is a proper neat and good ambiance, a well seating, proper cooling even within their AC cabin, intuitive waiters for each desk, proper way in handling their customers.

Had a dining in the restaurant, the ground floor has a decent restaurant. The food is good in terms of both quality and quantity. The staffs are customer friendly and service is pretty good. The price is reasonable for the dishes. Parking is available and good restroom facility is available. Recommended for one who travels between Munnar and Ernakulam.

Went there at noon and it was terribly hot even in their AC dining space. On the way back from Munnar this was the only one restaurant that was open(on election day). The quality of the food was okay. Could improve the quality. Pricing was reasonable.

Ended up in this restaurant seeing the lights and stuff while returning from munnar. One of the worst dining experiences ever. The paratha was served extremely cold( after waiting for 30 mins) and not even a glass of water was served even after asking for it. Pls do not step foot in this restaurant seeing all the fancy lights

Taste of the Food was really pathetic. Seeing the oral ambience we decided to move in.. but later we felt our choice was wrong. We entered the hotel by around 3pm and the staff over there were too engaged with other stuffs that they made us wait for some time. Hotel was not clean and both the oral ambience and inner Ambience were contradictory to each other. We ordered for chicken biriyani, fish biriyani and beef biriyani, all were fried rice with corresponding pieces in it. That too very spicy. Again we had to wait another 10-15 minutes so as to pay our bills. The experience was really disappointing. Management should seriously consider this. Both your chefs as well as waiters need to be changed. If not you people are going to loose a huge business.
