Experience could have been better because they are charging too much for 1 room compared to other rooms in locality. Talking to about service and facilities, it was terrible because room had issues with flush, shower and taps. And despite of reminding them several times in 2 days of stay they did not bother to get it fixed. And even rooms are not worth the price which they ask for. Overall 2/5 experience.

Hotel Room size is fine, toilet small. Room hygiene is average as bedsheets, bedcover were not fresh, it seems that previous guest used stuff is continued. Towel- Not clean Staff supportive and courteous. Location is inside street.

My personal experience was not so good . We were checked in from other hotel but they shifted us here by claiming that this is the other branch. And without our concern they ask us to pay extra money other than booking amount. The rooms were having issues with AC , locks and some with doors also. We struggle to get the final room till 11:30 pm while our checking time was around 10-10:30 pm . They are so irresponsible and careless on the point of customer attending.

I haven't found any hotel taking that much charges and still don't have any facilities like that they were showing in pictures. Washroom was too not cleaned shower isn't working also the size of washroom is short. Bedsheet were too dirty. If someone has too much hygiene concern then I will not suggest you this hotel

I would give 0 Star to the hotel and services and also pathetic service from Goibibo too. Despite of inclusion of complimentary breakfast in my booking details, but these people are not providing the same. Also these people made us wait till 2.00pm for checking and after showing the rooms, we were just disgusted. 1 of the room had water dripping constantly, second room had WC broken, 3rd room in which we are staying has unhygienic bedsheets and bed spreads. And in the morning, when we asked for our complimentry breakfast, these people has an audacity to say that " there is no breakfast included and if it is included, you better talk to goibibo , this is not our problem. We are here from OYO and not Goibibo." This hotel staff has pathetic customer satisfaction approach. Each and everything is pathetic here. Never ever stay in this Hotel.

Can improve in terms of facilities, room had alot of issues like water not coming through pipe, flush wasn't working, no intercom, and rooms are small. Staff were helpful and good.

Place was very bad. Service was super disgusting. Staff behaviour was extremely bad. They didn't even surve breakfast which was included. They asked me to cancel oyo booking. And that's why I couldn't rate them on oyo app. Room's flush was not working. Jet spray was not working. Telephone was not working. Elevator was not working. It's very bad place I've visited till now. Worst experience. I wish I could rate this hotel negative.

The place is good for a budget stay, however few things to take care of: Carry your own toiletries Don't pick complementary meal/breakfast options Check the bathrooms before deciding on a room.
