Very decent place. Neatly maintained. Situated in the main city area. They allow 24hour checkout. Staff are well behaved. In-house menu is a little expensive. Parking space is very good.
We stayed at this place for a night for an official visit. Room no 201 Since the rooms are not regularly occupied, housekeeping Services were not good. There were issues with the TV connection and remotes which they resolved. There were 2 power plug points inside the room and both were not working properly. While asking for a resolution, we had Very bad experience from the manager Mr Roy who was shouting at us while we asked for the services agreed with us and about some problems in the room. We lost about 2 hours arguing with this person for a solution. I will not go to this hotel once again. Not recommended.
Second visit: Giving one star. Was the only guest there, still did not bother with showing any hospitality. Room rent was agreed upon phone but they increased it during checkout. Room was small this time. Did not bother with the complimentary breakfast.Will not visit again. Beware of the drunks running around. First visit: Unassuming. Car park is available but more or less 10 cars can be parked. Complimentary breakfast is available but did not try. Bar attached.
Very bad place .very expensive rates for food and room .room service is pathetic. We found cockroach in the room . food is also horrible. even we tried to conduct our seminars which they spoiled. They keep telling power fail and we had to stop our meetings for hours togther. Our guest all became upset. Also we tried to book our different seminars and the manager is a very rude guy.he is not there to help he is such a rude guy. He is not at all polite. Very arrogant man. Staffs are also no good. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please don't go to this place and spoil your wonderful day. Felt really humiliated
Nice and decent rooms for a business trip. Though not very centrally located still very close to the station - around 2 Kms. The restaurant is the only dampener as I didn't find the food very delicious. perhaps that explains the lack of customers at the restaurant. Overall a good one i would say
Overall Good stay. Room was neat and clean. All basic amenities were available in the room. Overall good experience.
The hotel was kept neat and tidy. The front desk was very informative and helpful. They upgraded my status due to some technical difficulty with my allotted room, with no cost. The food was really good and it took me by surprise, because im a bit skeptical about having food from Kollam, as not a big fan of their style.
Had dropped in here for a quick lunch , but had to wake up the guys & wait for 40 minutes. It took the AC 30 mts to make us comfortable. Food just ok ....typical casual mallu enterprise
