One of the worste room I ever seen in my entire carrier. Waste rooms not at all going match with Google photos which is showing. Not even 1 rs worth for staying. AC is not working Full lizards and full of dust If u ask anything about rooms they will say that vaccate room. Waste fellows. Please don't for this rooms beacuse this my real experience had with my family. And don't even know how to speak with ladies. Thank u

A Good place to spend the night. Right off the Highway.The proximity to the Highway is the very good plus point as you can start early morning and not waste time in the city. Visible from distance. Spacious and clean rooms. Courteous and Helpfull Staff. Towels and toiletries were available. Geyser inside each room that means hot water anytime of the day. TV available but only select channels as usual .No issue whatsoever during the stay .

Firstly, this hotel doesn't exist. It's another name for Hotel Simon Comforts, which already has worse reviews. This hotel does not accept OYO bookings. They force you to cancel OYO booking and ask to book directly. Although they offer lesser price than you paid in OYO, you will spend good twenty minutes going through the cancellation process. AC and fan makes horrible noise. Room looks terrible. Wall and windows have fungus. Bedsheets aren't clean. Frequent power cuts. Lots of mosquitoes. Even your worst enemy doesn't deserve to stay in a place like this. Photos in OYO website doesn't match by even 1%.

Booked a room for 2 people, bathroom had foul smell. It was concealed using a strong perfume. Also room is near party hall and people visiting the party hall can easily peep into your room. Since bar is attached with the restaurant, it is not very safe for family. Would have given negative rating if I could.

Not even one star worth this hotel . Booking happened thru Oyo but once we reach there they said rooms are full though u have I'd they didn't bother .. the guy in the reception talking with no sense.. at 6 a.m we saw group of people shouting where no water, geyser not working etc . Never seen such a disgusting hotel and I wish not to see further.. think 10 times before Booking this hotel u will get budget hotel outside if u r not hurry..

This is located very close to Kundapur town and its a good place to stay for a night of 2. Rooms are spacious and clean. Washroom was decent , could have been better. Wifi was slow and TV cable was not working. Coming to food served at this place, its very tasty and affordable. We ordered silver fish fry, bangude fry, chicken ghee roast, egg chillyegg bhurji ..all items were great.

Very unprofessional and very bad experience. Had a confirmed booking through OYO made more than a week in advance. But when I reached the hotel, they said all rooms were booked out and that there is no availability! This put our entire night into chaos as we had to find another hotel 35 kms away and ended up paying significantly more. This has never happened before in all my travels. Highly recommend calling up the hotel staff and confirming your booking multiple times

I had a one day stay. The rooms were fresh, all required necessities were taken care of. They have a great in house restaurant. They strive forward to keep customers happy. Good space for 2 & 4 wheeler parking.
