Excellent Stay, Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at kalanad residency and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was superb, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. Location is little bit difficult because main cities are far away.Rooms was nice and clean but service was average .It's noise free area so its really comfortable for us

Good rooms, and nice parking area. facilities are also appreciable. Located in an isolated area and it is hard to find good restaurants nearby (not available in walkable distance). Rooms seemed to be a bit costly, as they charge the customers, the same amount of rooms in Major Towns. They have opted out from OYO. But still the hoarding of OYO is there. Recommending @oyo to please follow up the issue as it is misleading the travellers. Overall good experience.
Loved the stay here with family. Ample parking area with security protection. On road side with bus stop in front of the building. Aldo have supermarket in ground floor. Good and friendly staff in reception. Always ready to help. Oyo keeping it's standard. Rooms available in three categories. I stayed in classic room, first tire even it was spacious. With AC and hot water and battery backup in case of power failure. Economic and comfortable stay guaranteed.
All over good ...best rooms for best price.. Location is in state highway side with proper parking space... staffs know how to behave with the customer...
We didn't have any problem in this hotel. Courteous staff, clean rooms, etc. Though it is on highway it is silent in the night. Only disadvantage is it doesn't have a restaurant. We had to go a few kms towards Kasaragod and found a good Udupi veg restaurant on the highway. Great advantage is covered parking.
