Very very bad hotel. We had to put our batch's get together there. As soon as I decided to do it, a friend told me that if I put it there, the food would not be enough. Your staff is fine. But it is the owner who decides the quality and quantity of the food. Rs500 per plate but food is not enough cash for everyone. My family and I then went to another hotel in Thodupuzha and ate food. My friends and I will never recommend this hotel to any party again

Good place to have small functions if you are planning for a get-together with your family. And not preferably for large function because their hall doesn't have the bandwidth to have. We actually have a small function for my friend last week and it was quite okay in terms of the resources they offered but we very much disappointed with their services. Especially their food, we have arranged a buffer at a price of 320 rupees per head. But is not upto the mark. They have not even fill the items once it got over on time. We have asked them but they refused to refill it on time. And finally they arranged something even after all the people left. So let them to ask in advance would the give proper service before you book. Otherwise it is okay for small functions.

Good view of reservoir next to it.we can have a good morning walk along the banks of the reservoir. First things first, the views!! To die for! That in itself is the big plus for the property. The food is good, staff are polite and friendly. What is unfortunately not as good are the base category of rooms. They are small and a bit stuffy. If however you upgrade or are upgraded to the higher category rooms (like the suites), then it is definitely worth it.

Hotel is nice and the view from top is really beautifull. We can see malankara dam from that hotel. Night view is mindblowing. Also have Bar. Bar section is not good. Seats are looking old and not standard as compared to the hotel section. Have local, ac and roof top bar.

Horrible..worst hotel.. dreadful After 12 hours of travelling by road.. also finding the location was hard..then the management says we don't accept oyo/online bookings.. Manager refused to hear us ..all he did was kept yelling at us and told us leave the place soon.he did not speak to oyo executive also to sort the issue. Arrogant and rude people. Stay away from this hotel for nightmare experience .. don't waste your time , energy,fuel, money here.. No idea why the hotel mentioned in the website..

The staff denied check in. They asked to pay 2500 per room as per hotel Tarif and that oyo rates do not apply to them. Oyo customer care did not respond for grievances. Rude behaviour by staff. Not safe for family as the locals gather in front of the hotel after having drinks from the bar.

This hotel is situated on the banks of the Mullaperiyar Reservoir; haven't seen the rooms yet, but the bar is excellent. It is well-stocked and has excellent non-veg appetizers.

It's very famous in Thodupuzha moolamattom area.They provide top facilities in everything.The view of the malankara dam and it's nature is awesome from here.The malankara Dam View Park is also near the building so if you are coming with your kids they won't get bored
