Reception person tried to contact personally and they saved many customers details in their mobile and that day reception staff entered room forcefully when I'm outside the hotel dropping my friend he said he was searching for the guest in the room while my friend was alone in the room after scolding the staff owner said we will fire him but I knew he just said he won't do that. And yes last one you still have to pay final amount at the counter as per their like.

It was pathetic experience as the manager over there was very arrogant and they were far from genuine hospitality... no professionalism was there and staff was very raw. Kitchen is outsourced, everything was over priced and food quality was not eatable... Over all the hotel is worse than a third class road side motel.... I would never recommend, to experience such disgraceful treatment to anybody Stale & cold Food Trying to charge for everything Disrespectful staff Unsupportive attitude Overpriced food as compared to quality offered Room equipment not working

The hotel is tough to find as there is no board or name flex. However, it is easy to spot as it is the only building which gives you hotel vibes! The room was quite spacious and clean. The sheets, pillow covers and the quilt also seemed thoroughly washed and cleaned. The washroom was hygienic and well maintained. They provide you with a complementary water bottle. There was arrangement for water kettle and tea/coffee pouch (if you want to make it by yourself) The staff was very cooperative and were quick in their service. While checking-in, they adamantly instructed that "outside food is not allowed". Though that did not pose any problem as their food menu is quite comprehensive. I liked their tea preparation. The only issue I faced was because of longer preparation time of the ordered food. So, I'd suggest that you order well in advance.

Hotel Apple pie is nice place to be because of the service they offer, and rooms are also very well maintained and price of the rooms are also good and justified. I stayed there for 2 days and it was very nice experience. If you have to stay in noida near Sector 18, 20, or any nearby location, Give it a try.

Nice Stay, manager's behavior was good, Only issue in Breakfast

I want to complain about this hotel since there is no option to give review because i booked it again after canceling this one. When i booked again at low price, the hotel owner denied the booking and asked us to cancel on our end or pay extra. We had to pay extra Rs 2000 on top of this booking which was very unprofessional. When we called our booking website, someone from Oyo picked up and said to complain if this happens. However, there is no review link generated yet. The owner said that the additional 2000 will also be reflected in our new bill. However, there is no bill generated after that with new amount. It was a really bad experience. This hotel still shows low price and they don't allow anyone below Rs 2200. Please do something, its a hoax and people are getting affected. There were others as well. The behavior of the staff and owner is also very bad. They don't care about you if you don't pay extra charges. Very bad service and experience as well. They are looting plus the AC didn't work the whole day.
