Capital O 38210 The Light Hotel - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is very near to the Medanta hospital. We were wrongfully charged for our food intake which was going on for credit since we stayed 14 days. For example, while we were dining in they placed one bottle of water but in the final bill we were charged for 4 bottles which we didn't even consume. We never had tea but we were constantly being charged for the tea. The price list of the food menu is very inadequate not true to its price especially for the thalis so make sure you ask the price before ordering. Room was pretty much tidy they came for cleaning everyday. The room balcony needs to be cleaned as well as there were many ants which were also entering the room. The room was very okayish for the budget and if you are in Gurugram for a hospital visit then it is okay. There weren't any amenities like a kettle for boiling water glasses for water and all. If you aren't giving tea and coffee then it's fine but just a regular water glass and kettle would have been placed. There were too much of power cuts frequently during the day time and they didn't have backups. Wifi was very slow and someday it didn't even work. The bathroom hygiene was very poor when we first came there was used soap and the mirror was so dirty looked like it hasn't been cleaned for ages and no tissue papers were provided.

The hotal owner old man (chacha) is syco he is not giving us to use AC and any electronic item he always says "bijli unit 11 rs ka hogaya"

The Light Hotel is behind the Medanta Hospital. In the line of This hotel you can find multiple other hotels too for residing. Usually on this line maximum hotel owners are Nepali, so if you are Nepali traveller then it can be easy for you to adjust well. My uncle resided over here before leaving for the US and I happen to be there to catch up with him, hotel was in good surrounding (sector 38), peaceful and service was also well. Hotel has got the elevator, attached bathrooms, cold and hot water facility, internet facility and the room is also well furnished (in case you wish to stay for a week or more) and its in nice neighbourhood.

Very friendly staff...just a few mins walk from medanta medicity...budget hotel if you are staying for longer duration....hotel running under nepali owner and staffs...so if you are nepali seeking medical treatment at medanta...you can stay in this hotel. Just bed sheet and pillow cover need detail cleaning.

Nothing was good, Faced multiple issues related to food water and billing because of Oyo policies not hotel. All 5 star is for the person at reception, He was kind and helpful. He helped us when we were in a difficult situation and had to urgently reach somewhere.

It's one of the best hotels (feels more like home) for very affordable price. Rooms are clean, very standard with AC to cool you from hot Haryana weather during Summer.

I am happy that at this price the rooms are decent however I must point out that the linen is dirty and the sheets and blanket covers etc were all dirty when we were given the room, on my request this morning to change the covers and sheet, on my return I was informed that the linen from the laundry is not available yet so once again I have to see the dirty covers and sheets, towel given in the room is also dirty and seems to have not been washed properly, this is a bit disappointing, the foods comes from some near by joint and there appears to be no restaurant in the guest house
