Hotel rooms were good but service and behavior of the receptionist is too bad. We checked in at 10 pm on 23rd of July and we was planning to extend our stay but the staff was telling us to pay extra 500 rs from normal charges otherwise check out immediately. If you are planning for a long stay I don't prefer this hotel.
On the middle of the city, easy to reach, good atmosphere, nice food and rooms, I really very enjoying, staff is very cooperative, and manager vipin rawat is very honest cooperative and great person. Thank you dai chi when I will plan to go dehradun in future I will definitely hire again a room in daichi hotel.
pathetic rooms pathetic smell all over ... ambiance is 3rd class.. very unhygienic bedsheet.. pillow covers ...not at all recommended for family... highly over priced .
Extremely horrible, pathetic customer service, unfriendly staff behaviour, will never stay at this hotel. We travelled more than 600 kms to come here and they did not even bother to offer us a glass of water or look into our grievances and cancelled our booking even when we had already called them to confirm our booking. This kind of behaviour is simply unacceptable. Will never stay at this place.
Nice hotel. And it's not too expensive. You can live comfortably with the family. The staff here is very good. All together. And you will find the service very good. And here will get pure veg food

Beautiful property, managed by Family. It is completely give feels of home stay. Good home cooked food and service as well. The best thing is you can cook at your own in guest kitchen. Also located in prime area IN Rajpura Road.
Phenomenal hotel. Location is a great advantage as it is just a few minutes walk from Pacific Mall. The food is nice but there is a very limited menu. Service is average. They didn't give proper toiletries even after asking them for it.
