Capital O 36049 Hotel Lotus Paradise - Hotel in Sonipat, Badh Khalsa - Sonipat, India

This is the most disgusting and filthy hotel I have ever had the misfortune of being in. The room was extremely dirty and smelled of cigarettes and cheap perfume. Every surface was extremely dirty and grimy. There were hairs blocking the bathroom drain, rust in the bathroom and there were no towels. The fridge was dirty and moldy. The swimming pool was half empty and looked like a green swamp. The hotel is falling apart and needs to be completely cleaned and renovated or shut down and demolished. It is a public health hazard. We stayed for 30 minutes and left. No refund was given.

Please visit at your own risk. This is not an actual hotel. You will face security and safety risks there. Me and my frinds were locked because of their faulty locks, and we were stuck there for almost one day. Ultimately, we had to open the door with force after multiple attempts. It was a real life-threatening situation. When we confronted them, staff said, "It is what it is, and they can't do anything about it." We had to move out one day early. Also please do not bring any female friends and family members there, staff was starring and passing comments.

1. Toilet was full and they didn't clean before my check in.2. Room was very dirty with full of dust and they have not cleared even after my several requests.3. They have fixed a poster on reception that Pool Charges will be Rs.200/ Person per hour.4. Mentioned SPA in their cart but don't know even the meaning of SPA.5. Clearly denied for Dinner as I have booked Hotel with Dinner and Breakfast for 2 Person. After lot of requests receptionist was ready to provide dinner only for one person. My fellow travellers has denied to stay and only I have stayed after booking of 2 person.6. In Morning he has not given the Breakfast when I have forced him then he said to provide Breakfast after 10 AM. I was bound to stay upto 10.30 AM to take the Breakfast which was only 1 Parantha.7. Towel, Bath Soap, Shampoo or any other accessories were not provided by him. Receptionist has clearly told us that we have charged less that's why we can't provide.8.The Room was full of mosquitos but they didn't provide allout after lot of requests.9. They don't want to know about complimentary Water, Cattle and Tea supply 10.Bed sheet, pillow and Blanket was very Dirty, old with full of bad smell.11. They have set AC temperature as per their own choice and provided the remote even after several requests. They said that we have fixed the temperature towards saving electricity.In Morning I have checked the AC and found thay they were giving excuses due to his carelessness. They have not done the required service since last several Months.Really I couldn't sleep throughout the Night due to extreme Hot and Mosture.12. Cabil was not recharged and they said that we can not perform the recharge due to less amount.*It Was horror experience of my life

Rooms were ok especially the balcony which supports good ventilation, but from standpoint of hygiene and cleanliness, lot of improvement is required. Staff should not ask for rating at the time of checkout, which cause an unnecessary standstill, if one wants to rate he/she rate you anytime. Kindly improve the hygiene standards especially in bathroom. It is understood that water is hard here which causing lot of stains and erosion but that can't be an excuse. Doormats were also not there.

Ambience and view of rooms were breathtaking. The staff was friendly and respectful. Chef's hands got a lot of talent. I swear. In short, you get a lot of value for money. Must visit.

They are laier and also cheater. No one can't imagine that but it is true per day only 1 lt. drinking water allot for a double bed room and there are no drainage system in bathroom. My experience is too much better. It is not paradise it is hell.

Horrible experience.. door lock broken , washroom gate itself missing. Floor full of dust. Bed is of no use..hard

Horrible rooms, horrible stay. Dirty washroom, dirty rooms.. ambience is terrible.. swimming pool never works. Dilapidated, poorly maintained place. Food not even tea is served by the restaurant. If you want to be cheated then go there. Else please don't
