Nice hotel to spend 2-4 days. They provide 2 complimentary mineral water bottles. Rooms are good but small in size. There is no room service, you can order food OL. Hygiene is well maintained. Overall I had a good experience.

I had attended wedding function here. They have Air conditioned banquet hall and rooms. Rooms are available at good reasonable rates.

Thee place is very attractive spacious and well maintained. The interiors attractive and all amenities upto mark. The hotel functions from 3rd floor of the building and two Ower floors have commercial activities. The place is worth visiting

We booked two rooms in the hotel but the service provided was very poor we were very disappointed by the housekeeping facilities, drinking water was also not supplied, the guy at the reception was rude with us, we are very disappointed and we think we wasted our money by booking rooms in your hotel. Not recommended to visit

0 Rating... Not recommended... I booked one room for one night on 14.09.2022. The room was booked and received confirmation by the agoda (OYO Rooms). I reached the destination OYO La Victoria hotel near galaxy circle adajan gam Surat. The hotel receptionist told that he didn't receive any confirmation of booking. He asked to pay the amount again however I hadn't received any refund yet.. He forbade to stay however I had already paid. In the late night I booked another hotel and stay there. I request to refund the same amount at earliest. The booking ID 773555533 may be track for further necessary action. Extremely not recommended 0 Star

Zero Star for the hotel. Booked room through go-ibibo. When arrived at reception, denied checkin. Reception guy asking for 3 times the price. The behaviour of this person (Shubham) was very rude. They have a modus operandi to con and cheat the customers. Outstation person traveling reach at hotel and then sometimes they have no choice but to pay the differential. They are literally cheating the customers. In our case we had to call the police since the guy was very rude. Though Go-ibibo gave other option to us and eventually we shifted to another property. Please never ever go this property. Not recommended at all.

Booked from OYO, denial at reception by Shyam. He checked the prices and booking and give excuse that we just blocked OYO. Same happened with other guest as well who booked via Agoda. Think twice before pre-booking this property. OYO shifted us to cheaper price by paying higher prices for another property. Beware of this kinda scammers.

The tiny bathroom was trapping water and never fully dry and was messy. The rack placed at a height of nearly 7 feet. Wifi and TV channels was set right after one day of stay. No intercom. Had to repeatedly make call to a cellphone where a rude person used to reply. In house dinner served late after 10 upsetting our tummy after a long journey. Complimentary breakfast just enough for a child. Yet the hotel people expected us to like their services. I sincerely hope they will improve. Wish them all the best as it seems to be a new hotel.
