Staff are inefficient, the bathrooms are stained and the mirrors are rusted. Pest control is very bad. The floors are covered in lizard stools. When the space provided is not sufficient, they supply you with a matress to sleep on the floor. A/C does not work, it's remote is also not present. The fan power adjustment joystick is not present. Overall a very unexpected and a bad experience at this hotel.
Location is good but rooms are still under maintenance. Many of AC do not work and room finishing is an issue. Can be improved a lot. Location is good.

I haven't stayed in any of the rooms, but had a few meetings in one of its rooms. The outside and lobby look very modern and high end, but some of the inside parts are pretty run down. The bathroom attached to the meeting room was smelly and poorly maintained. However, the staff were polite and generally helpful.
When we stayed @ this hotel in 2011, it was a well appointed & well kept property. Alas, this certainly is not the case now though it seems to be under new management. The toilets in the rooms are very lousy & deserve total revamp & REPLACEMENT. Almost same is the case with the Rooms. I wish that the new management awakens to this reality & bring it back to it's old standard. Only thing that remains the same is the quality of the breakfast they serve.
I had a stay at the Hotel ! It lacks at some point like room service. The room has very less lights. Also the noise of the Vendors outside makes you switch on the TV where you don't find good channels as it's not subscribed by the Hotels ! Plus few mosquitos. Rest the space was good and also the cleanliness was quite okay.

Location is good. Easy to get the facilities of railway station and bus stop. Staff also familiar with the guests. Accomodations in the Restaurant is not bad. But bathrooms are not good enough, they have to take care about the same.
