Worst experience. I've never had this bad experience ever. They'll charge for every small thing. Plus they are very rude. Never add complimentary breakfast in this hotel. They'll just give you bread butter for that. Building is very old. Don't just consider the photos. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Very bad staff reception and lady incharge rude nature... No kitchen no service very bad experience don't take this hotel room pls ....very bad experience with this 2 ladies.. incharge lady don't have little heart.. my mom have leg operation. My mum ask her can take chair and seat near kids pool she said no this is restaurant chair don't take go and seat other side .... Mum said can't seat there bcaz there seating gents so I'll seat there but she didn't give chair .... And next in front off me she's arguing with other lady guest.... Incharge lady was not good she is second Hitler in this hotel.. even she charged 100 rs for baby milk ... I give flas I give milk but only they have to do hot charge is 100... Who's the owner pls see and change this 2 ladies... In outside hotel was good after paying it was very bad experience... Reception lady took my 1300 also she didn't give it back... This not good for owner .....

Do Not Consider this hotel, even if they give you rooms in 10 rupees. Third class hotel with worst rooms, services and security. 1. There is no room service and staff is very rude. 2. Security is so poor, that people are looking into your rooms and even when you raised concern and asked them to call police, they are not doing so despite of having CCTV footage. 3. Dirty stinking rooms with water seal on walls. 4. No hangers to hang clothes in washrooms and rooms. 5. Torn bedsheets and pillows in room. 6. Open electric wires. 7. Used dirty muddy towels in washroom 8. No soaps in dispensers and when asked, staff refused to provide the same. 9. No parking.

0 STAR. Pathetic resort , Honestly not recommended at all .Worst hotel stayed ever, please please please do not pay your hard earned money here- 1. No hot water in bathrooms, if asked they will say wait for sometime 2. They provide used towels, very unhygienic 3. Don't even provide blankets 4. No reception landline, you will need to go and tell personally. There is no room service and staff is very rude. 5. No water bottle in room 6. They don't give AC remote, you can only ON/OFF AC from main switch and cant adjust temp 7. Staff is so rude and literally hide face when see any client to avoid help 8. Rooms were very dirty with ants and lizards and lots of mosquitos 9. TV not working 10. Bathroom ran out of water suddenly and when called for help said we cant help you 11. Bathroom was choked up, all the water came out, yuks 12. Staff don't even help in carrying luggage 13. No shampoo in the bathrooms. Soap also provided only after asking. 14. No Parking 15. NO WIFI at all This is worst experience someone can have in hotel industry.

wI completely do not recommend this hotel to anyone ... Hotel staff is very rude they have accused us on a baseless reason to use pool in night . There is no basic facility like towels , water bottle . Rooms are too stinky . washrooms are not properly cleaned .. flush is not working ..There is no tap in bathroom . Shower was not working ..Zero Stars to this hotel. pathetic service.

Service by management /operational staff - Rude & Disappointing! I was able to check in after almost half the day was over and was here just for a night but apart from the ambience /decor of the hotel & the room - nothing else really positive about this place. Amenities : NONE at all. Even the ones mentioned on your booking site. Don't have any expectation for even the basic stuff like a working TV, functional WiFi in the room, or even something as fundamental as Hot Water -_- was also Not provided. The reception guy expected people to bath with cold water on cold Winter evenings Rooms : more or less as they appear in pics, except with a dummy TV where their dTH subscription will either never be active nor will they care to recharge any channels at all. They don't even provide a single bottle of water. No shampoo in the bathrooms. Soap also provided only after asking. No reception landline. Perhaps the only pro was it's proximity to the beach and a pool (that I never got to use coz I reached late in the eve and it was pretty cold by then!) P.S. they expect checkout by 11am not noon time (noon is usually the standard). And location on maps here isn't entirely accurate. Input Green jacket restaurant in your maps the hotel is just before that on the right.

Had a very poor experience, the hotel was very smelly and there was dust all over including the room and the staircase, linen was pathetic, very unhygienic, it was a dull and dingy place. I had to check out immediately as I had a small child. Would not recommend it to anyone else.
