Capital O 30624 Hotel Triton - Hotel in Huseria, Lucknow - Lucknow, India

It is a very good hotel and their service is excellent. I am a regular visitor of this hotel since 5-6 years. Very comfortable stay and best service are available. Food is also delicious in taste. Very co-operative staffs and specially Nikhil ji is very co-operative. Clean and hygenic rooms.

I have visited first time. This is very good place to stay. Near to Highway. Well connected. Service is good.

Stayed here only for 1 night. The hotel is not nice at all. The rooms are really conjusted and suffocating. The bedsheets and pillow covers were really dirty like they weren't washed from ages. The room didn't even had a doormat and essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste or soap.

Very sad experience. I attended marriage party of son of my friend. No service of starters. Should guests ask the persons of hotel to serve? Even water was not served. When asked for warm meals, the bearers told it is not available now. Why don't you close down and lock it.

Staff is good. Food is tasty but expensive. They are not allowed food from outside. Rooms are good, neat & clean. There is no door mat outside the washroom, on demand they provide door mat. No stool in washroom for bathing. Towel holder or hanger not available in washroom. Overall nice stay.

Giving 4 star coz of the service. Rooms are awesome. They made it like a copy of Fairfield. Good and clean rooms but no accrosries were provided in rooms. Restaurant is still not available. Telephone doesn't work as of now. Ac was good Mini fridge box was there but in that there wasn't any mini fridge. washroom was clean. At this price its very good hotel if They increase their service staff. Increase your staff and provide all necessary accrosries.

I have booked a room here through OYO with full online payment. Still they have denied me check-in. They said they do not accept online payment as they are having some issues with OYO. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen in a hotel in Lucknow. Because of their issue with partners they made their customers suffer. You are better of at staying at any other hotel in Lucknow but this one.

I can say it was comfortable stay, hotel was clean toilets were clean but hotel is not having open windows also their are less options for breakfast only aloo paratha, bread jam , and they serve only tea in complimentary breakfast not coffee . This hotel is not in gomtinagar it's nearby to Gomti nagar, overall hotel was good.
