Very very poor condition of room, I booked Super Deluxe room and I was given deluxe room, Whole room was stinking with dust as well as it was having no clean mirrors too! Out of my big disappointments, the ceiling in washroom was leaking with clogged water from above room! Manager, Mr Amit told they will refund the amount and still its been almost a week and they have not processed the same.. There are many better properties which are available in Jamnagar, choose them, not Hotel The Grand Bansi.
Good hotel, good service and staff.
One of the best experience in Jamnagar. We booked the suite room for 3 nights. Rooms were clean and spacious. Air conditioner and kits were good. So we're towels. Only disappointment was very very slow service and lack of in - house restaurant. So I am giving only 4 instead of 5 stars.
We stayed there in February 14-16. Room condition was poor. Bad sheet was very dirty. When asked to change, they changed it with another one which was torn. Bathroom not cleaned. Even after asking room was not cleaned. Can be avoided.
nice , spacious and clean rooms. eaisly accesible. Friendly and well behaived staff 24x7 room services. All private transport for ahmedabad and other places are at walkable distance nearby good resturant. Public transport is available at door step.
