Good hotel having abt 37 rooms most of them leased to OYO. Rates are reasonable in off season feb to march being exam days. Food served is very.good. has a big restaurant facing picturesque dehradun from atop. Has parking for abt 14 cars. The only issue is the walking distance from mail road of 700 meters. Rooms are on 6 floors all connected with very good lifts.
NO NO NO ...A big no Please don't go by pics. I booked the hotel through Oyo for Rs2500 per night . Rooms- I checked in at 4pm and the rooms were full of dust and washrooms had a foul smell. It was difficult even to stand a minute in room. Not even a tea bag in room . Staff and service- The hotel staff was very slow. You need to call thrice to get your work done. Property manager Mr. TYAGI is a rude guy who is ready to fight with customer and gives the reason for dust and smell as dust storm happened previous day so he can't do anything( wow....) Washroom- as per the pictures but not clean but had dust and smell. However the hot water was good. Breakfast- it had just 2 dishes that is poori subzi ( ok ok ) and poha ( ok ok) . Both of them were not served hot. Location- quite far from Mall road. No view from windows. For going to mall road ( point of attraction) you need to climb up a Km. Which is a tough job. This hotel is on dehradun mussoorie highway. I would say never book here but on mall road only. Oyo- never ever book from oyo as they just want money. Once you pay then they will forget you who you are. Pathetic oyo is . Pros of hotel- the infrastructure is good that is the look. Overall a big no.
Breakfast options are very minimal here. Just 2 options.. The rooms are clean. We stayed in 410 where the toilets stink when we checked in for the first time into the room... The view from the balcony in the restaurant is mind blowing... It is so serene in the morning so get your cameras ready to get clicking instagrammable pictures.
Visited here on Sunday in November. 1. Rooms are clean and spacious. 2. Staff and facilities are good. 3. Pricing in nominal you can book @ 1500/- per room approx. 4. Nice view from the back sitting area and they installed glass for safety. 5. Restaurant is also good with delicious food.
Poor management, I mean the manager and the reception staff are very helpful but the house keeping and cafeteria staff are not worth. Property n views are gr8, nothing within the vicinity to grab, cafeteria menu is good but the spread wont worth anything. Breakfast included in ur deal also holds no waitage since they dont do buffet
I had stay here for 3 days. It is near to main market, mall road and Gandhi chouk is also near. Infrastructure of the hotel is good, views from the hotel is also good and food taste is average. Little bit disappointed with their services. To get bike/car/scooty on rent, Please don't go through any mediator. Always ask for the owner or go direct to meet owner then proceed ahead for documentation.
Extremement mal recu, la nette impression de deranger en arrivant, j'ai du m'y prendre a plusieurs reprises a dire bonjour pour qu'on me reponde. Puis on me dit qu'on ne me donnera pas la chambre que j'ai reservee via une application parce que le prix est trop bas selon eux, malgre le fait que ma reservation etait confirmee. Je me retrouve en plein milieu de la nuit a errer au bord de la route pour chercher un autre hotel. Heureusement que des Indiens m'ont aide et m'ont conduit ailleurs en voiture. Avant cela ils ont demande des explications au gerant qui s'est mis a s'enerver et leur repondre tres agressivement. Hotel a fuir.
Had a pleasant stay and the hotel is located near the Mall Road just 4-5 min. Drive by car. Rooms were little small but bed was comfortable!! They have very good dine in area both inside and outside view
