Capital O 2616 Hotel Golden Sand - Hotel in Rohtak - Rohtak, India

Room is spacious. Food is decent. Bed quality is good. AC, TV and geyser don't work in the two rooms I stayed in. One of the rooms was invested with mice. Also, food isn't value for money and is definitely overcharged. Pre-Book your meals through the Oyo app. One more thing is that the rooms weren't well kept and dirty. They didn't clean it once during my stay of 2 days. Frankly, the two stars I've given are for the spacious room and the helpful Oyo staff there.

A good moderately fine hotel. Rooms are fine. Location is good.public conveyance is easy to find. Unmarried couples r welcomed.n staff is co operative. U need to be precise what u might be expecting there, like breakfast, a.c n hot water..As in the staff won't update u by heir own. Parking for vehicle is not so secured but under camera surveillance.

One of the worst hotel stays I ever had. Staff is good but room condition is too poor. Also Manager promises to resolve complaint but still the same. A Must not visit.

Excellent stay at this amazing hotel. The staff and the management was very accommodating and kind. Would recommend this to everyone who wants to enjoy a stay with a peace of mind.

Very costly hotel. Also staff service is poor. Asking them for some work was as useful as a chocolate teapot. TV channels were not working when asked to subscribe they didn't do. No proper cleaning of room. One good thing is rooms are spacious and food is decent.

I won't suggest this hotel for couples as the reception is just few steps away from the room doors and there is the corridor which is the busy path for the staff and others. Minimum privacy, and zero cooperation from the manager and staff's side. AC was being switched on from outside after our check in, that also when we asked for the remote, and was switched off between our staying hours without our consent, without even asking us. Geyser was also being switched on from outside when we asked to. Very few channels were available on the TV, those were also boring. Room was also door open and not in very good condition when we reached there. Not happy with the stay at all, still giving it 2 stars for the mattress

Take more rupees then booking . My booking price is 1004 but they taken 1200. Beside this the food is so costly and cool. Geyser is not working.My suggestion is Couple don't book this hotel for stay. The total calculated rupees for food is also wrong . They are taken 150 or more rupees extra then total value of food ordering. In oyo site they itself giving five start by taking customer mobile. There are so much noises by side room because they allowed to drink and party to person because of this you are always in afraid and not sleep well.

I booked this hotel through Oyo app but the staff at reception is highly unprofessional and arrogant. We made a prepaid booking but when we reached hotel, they denied check in and told us that rooms are not available. Oyo website is just giving fake information about availability. They started blaming oyo and other online portals. But in fact, they are greedy people. They wanted me to pay entire amount to then instead to oyo or Goibibo. They don't trust association of these online portals. They want to sell on higher prices to walk in customers so don't be sure of your booking if you booked online.
