Very poor experience at this hotel. Location is good but the staff was untrained and rude.

One of the best located hotels in Mathura. The bus stand and railway station is around 1 km away from the hotel. Room service needs improvement. The staff was good and helpful. Room cleaning was smooth Hot and cold water facility was nice. They have taken 1200/- per room Extra person charge was 100/-

Pathetic experience. Booked via OYO but they also failed to provide any help. The staff is rude, you don't get toiletries or even a hand wash, TV was not working and after several request the tv they provided didn't had any channel except free to air. There is no kitchen service.You can't get a remote for AC, even if asking for it several time. And, ensure to ask for itemized bill as they falsely charge at checkout for items which you never had.

As they are not hereing for room problems and ac not working then also they charged for the ac room and no room service available and no house keeping also drinking water chages 30Rs. for bootle and not cold take care of when you staying here Radhey Radhey Jay Shree

It was a worst experience with OYO in this hotel (Kanchan Residency). I didn't find any facilities there, only drawbacks and worst services are there which is cited below: 1. Room have dirty bed sheet. 2. There is AC but does not have any remote of AC. 3. And when I thought to call to reception then I found that there was not any landline telephone in room. 4.There is bathroom with dirty toilet commode and a shower panel which was not working. 5. Surprisingly there was TV but all the channels were unsubscribed as they didn't recharge the set top box. 6. Most importantly all the staff have not wear any mask from manager at reception to service boy. 7. Behavior of staff was also not good. It was totally disaster experience with this hotel.

One of the worst experience. Charged extra for everything. Firstly booked from Oyo and without informing they changed the hotels. We visited during holi and prices were 4 times the original. Untill you ask about room service, cleaning, extra mattress they won't give you anything and eventually cost you for the same. Do take this hotel only as a last option.

A good place to stay in Mathura city which is near to railway station and bus stand at a distance of around just 3 kms. The rooms are average and clean within a nominal budget of 1500 rs a night. It does not provides food as they don't have a kitchen inside, alternatively they asks or serves from taking outside menu from Restro.

The rooms were clean and comfortable also the staff was amazing. The water facilities and the room services were also great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who's visiting mathura.
