Rooms are good and spacious. But the front desk was uncooperative. I had booked a twin bed room. But they gave a queen bed room. When I mentioned my request, they said rooms are not available even though I overheard them talking about reserving a twin room for someone arriving later that day

Staff behaviour 0 Room service 0 Food quality 0 their receptionist told me that breakfast is complementary.But they charged for the breakfast . I have to pay 2500. You must not visit here . Apna paisa barbad na kare.

Cozy rooms and clean bath. They include a complimentary breakfast which is good too, but just discuss with the front desk staff during booking about the inclusion of the breakfast. The inhouse restaurant could be better, but acceptable. Room service could be a bit faster. They also have twin beds, to the liking of business travelers. Location is very prime, you could get almost everything in the vicinity as it is just on the central business district. Overall a recommended stay.

This is a food review. Went here for lunch & the staff is attentive and polite. We ordered Crispy Baby Corn with Veg Kofta Curry and Naan. Everything was prepared as per our instructions, its a Veg Restaurant. The pricing is fair like most places in Jorhat. Definitely recommended.

The water quality is really good. The rooms towards the railway station are less sunny as compared to the rooms facing the petrol pump. The staff is good and very helpful. Tariffs are on the higher side though.

Perfect location! 7 km from airport also railway station, food options like kfc, pizza, veg, non-veg restaurants are located within 1 km. Complimentary breakfast is there with multiple options but hotel food is little expensive compare to quality and quantity. Recommended for business tours.

Arrived at GK palace in the early hours of the morning without a problem. It is easy to locate and well-known.We were ushered into an impeccably clean room with all the basic necessities provided. see pictures.Don't expect great views, but the clean curtains are fine by me too! I am more concerned with cleanliness.The staff is polite and helpful, well trained, and ready to help.A/C is instantaneous. Usual furniture.table, chair, drawers, and cupboards.Breakfast starts in full swing from 8:15. choice is good .fresh and hot food to oats, cornflakes, fruit.Maybe I wasn't expecting Gar Ali to have all the attention to detail, so was pleasantly surprised and happy to leave this review.Quick service, cleanliness, kits for bath, coffee etc.Proximity to the places we need to get stuff from for hostel rooms.Feeling of safety.
