Rooms are Ok but services are not good...Staff doesn't even listen to your query.
Whole room and bathroom stinks. Floor is dirty like never washed since ages. Not recommended for family. Staff is not helpful at all purposely make you wait for your order. Basic amenities which needs to be kept in room is not provided until guest ask for it. On Google map it may show tied up with OYO but hotel staff would not accept the booking. Also couple be careful in rooms as I suspected they have installed camera to capture your private moments.
Rooms are good but the hotel lacks in some of the areas:Cons: 1.Service is not up to the mark 2.We cannot get food from outside 3.The quality as well as quantity of food is bad and very less. 4.The food is very very overpriced. 5.Basic amenities like iron is not there. 6.The hotel is a little far from the main road so problematic for cabs to locate. Pros: The room and washroom are good.
The hotel is very near to igi Airport in Mahipalpur ,street number 8. It was a good stay in smart suites. The only 2 problems they do not allow visitors and according to the hotel policy no outside food is allowed. I did not get it? For what reason man? But the rest of the things are good, ex. Service, room and bathroom.
Very pathetic stay. . . . . No sanitization of room. . . . Washroom flush was not working. . . . No OYO bathing kit. . . . . Owner was trying to impose extra charges for checkout between 11 am to 1 pm (although it is complementary from OYO side). When you book it online then booking will be of smart suites hotel but when you reach there they will direct you to their other hotels forcefully. Manager of hotel keep trying to give rating by him own via snatching your mobile for some other reasons. Food was just OK. Never recommend for OYO Capital O 22988 Smart Suites
WiFi issue there ... Room service is decent.. rooms are pretty good.. services are also fair enough... Washrooms are not that much good.. tv have paid channels we have to pay for that... That's not good.... Smart TV are there... But nothing is working fine
The Guy at the reception is highly rude , no courtesy , Rooms are dirty, The entrance and room stink. Rooms are very shady. It's so bad I checked out . Worst part is even if you tell him anything he doesn't care. If there was rating in minus I would give that instead. I wish I could add pics here of how dirty it is.
Awesome place to stay. Manager behavior is too good, always recommend everyone, place is 500 m walking distance to Delhi aerocity metro. And breakfast was too good.
